They found: high degree of agreement five-factor traitsare at the top of both lists 8 E v a l u a t i n g T r a i t Pro: Evolutionary, cross-cultural, and cross-species studies support five-factor model. Five-factor model helps describe and organize personalitycharacteristics using the fewest number of traits. Con: Lacks explanation and specificity.
