On dynamical ytem perturbed by a null-recurrent fat motion: The continuou coefficient cae with independent driving noie Zolt Pajor-Gyulai, Michael Salin arxiv:4.4625v3 [math.pr] 2 Aug 25 Department of Mathematic Univerity of Maryland College Park Maryland, USA Abtract An ordinary differential equation perturbed by a null-recurrent diffuion will be conidered in the cae where the averaging type perturbation i trong only when a fat motion i cloe to the origin. The normal deviation of thee olution from the averaged motion are tudied, and a central limit type theorem i proved. The limit proce atifie a linear equation driven by a Brownian motion time changed by the local time of the fat motion. Introduction Many mathematical model ariing from phyic, biology, finance or other area of cience involve ubytem evolving on different time cale. Often, there i a fat and a low component and the limiting behavior of the latter i an intereting non-trivial problem. One poible etting i a ytem of diffuion procee (X (t, Y (t R +d atifying the tochatic differential equation dx (t = 2 φ(x (t, Y (tdt + ϕ(x (t, Y (tdw (t, X( = x, dy (t = b(x (t, Y (tdt + σ(x (t, Y (tdw (t, Y ( = y, where b i a d-dimenional vector function and φ i a one-dimenional vector function, W (t i an r-dimenional Brownian motion, and ϕ, σ are r and d r matrix valued function repectively. Thi proce depend on a parameter repreenting the ratio of the two time cale. In other word, X change fater and fater in time a, while Y change on the ame time cale for all value of. X and Y are referred to a the fat and the low component repectively. The cae when the fat motion ha a finite invariant meaure µ wa firt tudied by Khaminkii ([7] and i well undertood by now. He proved that, a, the law of the low component Y approache that of a limiting diffuion Ȳ, and one can obtain the effective drift and diffuion coefficient of Ȳ by averaging b and σ in the firt variable with repect to µ. Thi reult wa later extended and refined by a vat number of author (ee e.g [3],[4],[9],[],[],[3], or the monograph [2].
Much le i known about what happen when the fat motion doe not poe a finite invariant meaure. In the cae when the proce i null recurrent, and there i a σ-finite invariant meaure, naive intuition would ugget that the limit (if it exit would be a diffuion with coefficient averaged with repect to thi meaure. However, thi i fale due to the fact that X pend mot of the time in the neighborhood of infinity. It wa hown in [8] that if φ = and there exit contant c, c 2 (, uch that c r ϕ 2 i (x, y c 2 (x, y R +d, i= then the aymptotic behavior of Y i governed by value of b and σ when x i very large (under the aumption that they are non-zero. A, in general, thee value can be different for poitive and negative value of x, Y doe not converge to a Markov proce. Indeed, it wa hown that, under certain aumption on the large x behavior of ϕ, b, and σ, the pair (X (t, Y (t converge weakly to a ( + d-dimenional diffuion with diffuion coefficient dicontinou at x =. In thi paper, we are intereted in the cae when φ =, b(x, y = b (y + b 2 (x, y where b 2 and σ are very mall a x. The reult cited above ([8] then implie that Y converge to the olution of the ordinary differential equation ẏ = b (y (ee alo Lemma 3.2, and the low motion can be conidered a a perturbation of thi ODE. Thi ituation can be intuitively undertood by noting that a typical trajectory of the proce X ɛ i of order /, and therefore b 2 and σ are mall. Thi implie that Y (t cannot deviate ignificantly from the unperturbed olution on a finite time cale. We how that the firt correction term i O( /2 and tudy the limiting behavior of the proce /2 (Y (t y(t where y(t i the olution of the unperturbed ytem. The main ingredient i that the bulk of the deviation come from the diplacement when X i at ditance O( from the origin, which ugget that the natural time cale to look at i defined by the local time L X (t, x at x =. Thi implie that in order to obtain a Markov proce in the limit, it i neceary to keep track of both component. Indeed, we derive a limit theorem for the pair (X, Y. In the general cae, the large x behavior of ϕ can be different depending on the ign of x. Thi create a dicontinuity in the diffuion coefficient of the limit of X and one ha to conider convergence to a limiting proce with a certain boundary behaviour at x =. Another difficulty i poed by the fact that the noie driving the fat and the low motion are the ame. In the abence of thee complication, however, a proof uing only elementary tochatic calculu i poible. Our reult capture the phenomenon without much technical difficultie. Therefore, we conider a implified ytem in thi paper and return to the general cae in an upcoming publication. One motivation to tudy thee ytem i to decribe certain ytem with an interface where ignificant tranport i poible only in a thin layer, ee e.g. [6] for a recent reult. Thi paper i organized a follow. After we tate our precie reult in Section 2, we prove ome preliminary lemma in Section 3. In Section 4, we how that the cae ϕ can be reduced to a impler problem which i olved in Section 5. We extend the reult to non-contant ϕ in Section 6. 2
2 The main reult We begin by tating the reult in the pecial cae where the fat motion i a Brownian motion. Let W and W 2 be independent one and d-dimenional Brownian motion and conider the following d-dimenional non-homogeneou tochatic differential equation dy (t = [b (Y (t + b 2 (ɛ W (t, Y (t]dt + σ(ɛ W (t, Y (tdw 2 (t, (2. with initial condition Y ( = y. Aume that ˆb(x := up y R b 2 (x, y R d L (R, ˆσ 2 (x = up y R Trσσ T (x, y = up y R i,j= d σij(x, 2 y L (R. We alo aume that b 2 (x, y and σ(x, y are globally Lipchitz continuou in x and y, and that b (y i twice continuouly differentiable with bounded derivative. It follow from the above that the ordinary differential equation dy dt = b (y(t, y( = y, which erve a the unperturbed part of the low motion, ha a unique olution defined for all time. To decribe the limiting proce, let u introduce the proce V (t = W 2 (L W (t, where W and W 2 are independent and d dimenional Brownian motion repectively and L W (t, i the local time of W at. It i a continuou, non-markovian proce that only grow on a et of Lebegue meaure zero with probability one. Note that the non-markovity i rather innocent in thi cae a the pair ( W, V i Markovian. Alo note that the conditional law V W i Gauian. Remark 2.. We mention that V i a known proce, in the literature it i called /2-fractional kinetic proce and it appear a the caling limit of certain randomly trapped random walk (ee []. The connection i intuitively explained by conidering the time the fat proce pend away from the origin a a trapping for the low component with a heavy tail trapping time (due to null-recurrence. A another example, Brownian motion time changed by the local time of a more complicated proce wa obtained a the limit of a diffuion in a cellular flow ([5]. Theorem 2.2. The law of the proce ζ (t = /2 (Y (t y(t converge in ditribution in C([,, R d to the olution of the tochatic differential equation ( dζ (t = D x b (y(tζ (tdt + (σσ T (x, y(tdx dv (t, ζ ( =, (2.2 where V (t i a above, denote the matrix quare root and D x b (x i the derivative tenor of the vector field b at x R d, i.e (D x b (x ij = (b i / x j. The pace C([,, R d i endowed with the topology of uniform convergence on bounded et [, T ] for any T >. 3
A we will ee in Section 3, integration with repect to the proce V (t i well defined and the formula (2.2 define a well poed integral equation. Remark 2.3. Note that our aumption imply that equation (2.2 ha a unique olution which can be explicitly obtained by the variation of parameter formula ζ (t = ( t e (y(rdr Dxb (σσ T (x, y(dx dv (. Alo oberve that ζ i not a Markovian proce and in order to obtain one, the pair (W, ζ ha to be conidered. By a time-change argument, the reult can be extended to ome cae of non-contant ϕ. Let ψ (y and ψ 2 (x, y be Lipchitz continu function and uppoe that up y R d ψ 2 (., y L (R L 2 (R, < c ψ (y+ψ 2 (x, y c 2 < (2.3 Notice that a conequence of the above aumption i that Conider the ytem c ψ (y ψ 2 (y dx (t = [ψ (Y (t + ψ 2 (X (t, Y (t]dw (t, (2.4 dy (t = [b (Y (t + b 2 (X (t, Y (t]dt + σ(x (t, Y (tdw 2 (t, (2.5 where W and W 2 are again independent Brownian motion, b, b 2 are a in (2. but aume that b i bounded, and σ atifie Let ζ (t = /2 (Y (t y(t. up y R Trσσ T (., y (ψ (. + ψ 2 (., y 2 L (R (2.6 Corollary 2.4. There are independent Brownian motion (denoted again by W and W 2 uch that the proce (X (t, ζ (t converge weakly in C([,, R +d to (X (t, ζ (t where dx (t = ψ (y(td W, dζ (t = D y b (y(tdt + σσ T (ψ + ψ 2 2 (x, y(dxdv X (, where V X = W 2 (L X (t, and L X (t, i the local time of the X proce at zero. Theorem 2.2 will be proved in Section 3-5 and the proof of Corollary 2.4 will be preented in Section 6. 4
Remark 2.5. A it i apparent from Theorem 2.2, the drift part of the perturbation doe not contribute to the deviation of order. It i natural however to conjecture that it will play a role in fluctuation of order under ome additional aumption on the regularity of b. For example, if σ, almot identical argument a in the proof of Theorem 2.2 how that ζ (t = (Y (t y(t converge weakly to ζ (t where d ζ (t = D x b (y(t ζ (tdt + b 2 (x, y(tdxl W (dt,. We expect that b 2 will alo play a role on the behavior of Y (t on timecale of order / 2 a it take thi much time for a typical realization of the Brownian local time to make a growth of order. We are planning to return to thee quetion in a future paper. An example: perturbed harmonic ocillator Let σ L 2 (R be Lipchitz continuou and conider the equation q (t + q (t = σ( W (tẇ2(t, q ( =, q ( =. Introducing Y = ( q, q lead to the ytem dy (t = ( ( Y σ( (t + W (t dw 2 (t, Y ( = (,. (2.7 Thu y(t = (co(t, in(t. Theorem 2.2 and Remark 2.3 imply that ζ = /2 (Y y converge weakly to ζ (t = σ L 2 (R where V (t = W 2 (L W (t, which in turn mean q (t co(t + σ L 2 (R ( co(t in(t dv (, for mall enough. A typical trajectory can be een on Figure. co(t dv (, (2.8 3 Auxilliary lemma In Section 3-5 we prove Theorem 2.2 and therefore we conider equation (2.2. Firt we prove the following lemma which etablihe a continuity property of certain functional of the fat Brownian motion. Lemma 3.. Suppoe that ψ L (R. Then for any p, there exit C p > uch that E ψ( W (rdr p C p ψ p L (R t p 2, (3. 5

Conequently, we can define f(x = x Ψ(ydy o that f (x = ψ(x. Thi function i Lipchitz continuou becaue x2 f(x 2 f(x Ψ(ydy ψ L (R x 2 x. (3.2 x Note that ince f i not necearily continuou, we cannot directly apply the Itô-formula to f. By the Meyer-Tanaka formula, however, we do have f( W (t f( W ( = Ψ( W (rdw ( Thi implie that t ψ( W (rdr 2 f( W (t f( W ( + 2 o that E t p ( ψ( W (rdr 2 2p E p f( W (t f( W ( p + E 6 ψ( W (rdr. 7 By (3.2, f( W (t f( W ( ψ L (R W (t W (, and we ee that E t ψ( W (rdr p C p ( ψ p L (R t p 2 + E Ψ 2 ( W (rdr where we ued the BDG inequality. The integrand i bounded a Ψ(x ψ L (R and therefore we can conclude that E t p ψ( W (rdr C p ψ p L (R t p 2. p 2, The econd technical reult we are going to need i an etimate on the L p convergence rate of Y (t to y(t which i a conequence of Lemma 3.. Lemma 3.2. For every p, there exit a contant C T,p uch that Proof. Note that Y (t y(t = up E Y (t y(t p < C T,p p/2. t [,T ] (b (Y ( b (y(d + b 2 ( W (, Y ( d+ σ ( W (, Y ( dw 2 ( = I (t + I 2(t + I 3(t. Finally, it i eay to ee that the calar quadratic variation of I 3 i Tr < I 3 > t = Trσσ T ( W (, Y (d ˆσ 2 ( W (d, and therefore by the Burkholder-Davi-Gundy inequality and Lemma 3. we have ( T p/2 up E I3(t p C p E ˆσ 2 ( W (d < C p p/2 T p/4. (3.4 t [,T ] The reult now follow from Gronwall lemma. 7
Next, we how that the tochatic integral in (2.2 i well defined. Lemma 3.3. Suppoe that W (t i a d-dimenional Wiener proce and that F (t i an increaing, determinitic, real-valued function for t [, + ]. Then the compoition V (t = W (F (t i a Gauian martingale, and if ψ( i a determinitic matrix-valued proce with Tr(ψψ T (df ( < +, where thi i the Riemann-Stieltje integral with repect to F, then the tochatic integral ψ(dv ( i a well-defined variable with ditribution ( N, (ψψ T (df (, where the above integral i a Riemann-Stieltje integral. Proof. If ψ = N k= ψ kχ [tk,t k+ ]( i a tep function, then ψ(d(w (F ( = N k= ψ k (W (F (t k+ W (F (t k, which i a zero-mean Gauian random variable with covariance N k= ψ k ψ T k (F (t k+ F (t k. The reult follow by the denity of thee tep function. Corollary 3.4. Suppoe that W i a d-dimenional Wiener proce and that F : [, R i an increaing function that i independent of W. Set V (t = W (F (t. Then if ψ( i a determinitic matrix-valued proce with E Tr(ψψ T (df ( < +, where thi i the Riemann-Stieltje integral with repect to F, then the tochatic integral ψ(dv ( i a well-defined random variable with characteritic function for any λ R d ( ( ( E exp i λ, ψ(d(w (F ( = E (ψψ T (λ, λ df (. 2 Proof. Thi follow from the previou lemma by conditioning on F. 8
4 A impler cae We firt how that the Theorem 2.2 hold in the cae where Y (t i replaced by y(t in the econd argument of σ, and then we prove that the general cae can be reduced to thi one. Lemma 4.. Let Then /2 J (t converge in ditribution to dj (t = σ( W (t, y(tdw 2 (t, J ( =. J(t := ( (σσ T (x, y(dx dv ( (4. where V (t = W (L W (t, for ome d-dimenional Wiener proce, W, independent of W. Proof. Note that becaue W and W 2 are independent, the conditional law of /2 J, conditioned on W, i zero mean Gauian and therefore it i determined by it quadratic variation. In fact, for any fixed t >, ( ( /2 J D= (t W N, (σσ T ( W (, y(d where the above notation mean that for any λ R d ( ( ( E exp i λ, ( /2 J (t W = exp 2 (σσ T ( W (, y(λ, λ d. (4.2 We can ee from the above formula that the convergence of the quadratic variation of /2 J (t implie the converge in ditribution of /2 J (t. By the continuity of y, the approximating um n ( it y n = y n [it/n,(i+t/n i= converge to y in C([, T ]; R d. Becaue of the continuity of σ, for any fixed, (σσ T ( W (, y n ( (σσ T ( W (, y(d almot urely. By the definition of the Brownian local time, it i not hard to check that on a et of full meaure we have (σσ T ( W (, y n (d = = n i= R ( x (σσ T, y ( ( ( ( it L W (i + t, x L W it n n n, x dx. 9
By a change of variable, thi become n ( ( ( it (σσ T x, y L W n i= R ( (i + t n (, x L W it n, x dx. Taking n, we ee that for fixed, we have with probability one that t (σσ T ( W (, y(d = (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, xdx, (4.3 where the right hand ide i the Riemann-Stieltje integral with repect to the increaing function t L W (t, x. Latly, we argue that thi converge a to ( (σσ T (x, y(dx L W (d,. R Similarly to (4.3, (σσ T ( W (, y( { W ( N}d = R N N (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, xd, and conequently for any N N, t ( (σσ T ( W (, y(d (σσ T (x, y(dx L W (d, R t (σσ T ( W (, y(d (σσ T ( W (, y( { W ( N}d N N + (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, xdx (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx N N N + (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx N := I + I 2 + I 3. where. =. L(R d,r d i the operator norm. By Lemma 3., up EI = up E (σσ T ( W (, y( { W ( >N}d up E where we ued that for the poitive matrix σσ T, R ˆσ 2 ( W ( { W ( >N}d ˆσ 2 χ { x >N} L (R t. σσ T = λ max d λ i = Trσσ T. Becaue ˆσ 2 L (R, we can chooe N large enough to make thi contribution arbitrarily mall. Similarly, with probability, N (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx = (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx lim N N i= R
o that I 3 almot urely. Next, we claim that for any N N, Indeed, N lim N (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, xdx = N N lim up up L W (, x L W (, =, x N t (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx. which implie the weak convergence of the Lebegue-Stieltje meaure L W (d, x to L W (d, uniformly for x < N. Therefore I 2 with probability. Becaue I in L (Ω, for any ubequence n, there exit a further ubequence nk uch that lim k + nk (σσ T ( n k W (, y(d = R (σσ T (x, y(l W (d, dx almot urely. Then, from (4.2 and the dominated convergence theorem, we ee that ( ( lim E exp i λ, (n /2 k + k J n k (t = = E ( exp ( 2 (σσ T (x, y(λ, λ dxl W (d,. Since thi i true for a ubequence of every equence n, we conclude that ( ( lim E exp i λ, ( /2 J (t = ( ( = E exp (σσ T (x, y(λ, λ dxl W (d,. 2 From Corollary 3.4, thi i equal to the characteritic function of J(t given by (4.. We have proven that for fixed t, /2 (J (t ( J(t in ditribution. By the ame argument, we can how that for any finite collection of time t < t 2 <... < t n, the finite dimenional ditribution /2 J := ( /2 J (t,..., /2 J (t n ( J(t,... J(t 2 in ditribution. It remain to how that the law of { /2 J } are tight a a family of meaure on C([, T ]; R n. Exactly a in (3.4, we have E /2 J (t /2 J ( p C p t p 4 p R d up > and therefore thi family of meaure i tight by the Kolmogorov tet. Since the family i tight and all of the finite dimenional ditribution converge, our concluion follow.
Now introduce the proce Z that uniquely olve the integral equation Z (t = y + b (Z (d + J (t. (4.4 The following lemma how that the general cae can be reduced to tudying (4.4. Lemma 4.2. We have E up Y (t Z (t 2. t [,T ] Proof. Note that if K (t = /2 (Y (t Z (t then K (t = /2 (b (Y ( b (Z ( d + /2 b 2 ( W (, Y (d+ + /2 (σ( W (t, Y ( σ( W (t, y(dw 2 (t = I(t + I2(t + I3(t. For the econd term, we write E up I2(t 2 E ( T 2 ˆb( W (d C p T, t [,T ] where in the lat inequality we ued Lemma 3. with p = 2. On the other hand, by Doob inequality, E up I3(t 2 4 T t [,T ] E Tr σ σ T (tdt = M> + M<, where M > (rep. M < i the part of the um-integral when W (t > N (rep. W (t N and σ(t = σ( W (t, Y (t σ( W (t, y(t. We have by a imple calculation M > 6 E T {W (t>n}ˆσ 2 ( W (t dt C T ˆσ { x >N} 2 L 2 (R where we ued Lemma 3. with p = 2 and ψ(x = ˆσ 2 (x { x >N}. Pick δ > and let N be o large uch that thi i le than δ/2. For the other term, we ue the Lipchitz continuity of σ and the Cauchy-Schwartz inequality to write ( T /2 ( M< C Lip(σ E Y ( y( 4 d E T /2 { W ( N}d. The econd term in the product i bounded by CN /2 T /4, while the firt one i O(. Indeed, Lemma 3.2 implie E Y (t y(t 4 < C T 2. Now chooe ɛ mall enough uch that M < < δ/2. The reult now follow from the Lipchitz continuity of b and Gronwall lemma ince δ i arbitrary. 2
5 Proof of Theorem 2.2 We are going to prove that the procee /2 (Z (t y(t converge weakly to the limit in (2.2. It i not hard to ee that a a conequence of the tightne of /2 J, the Lipchitz continuity of b, Lemma 4.2 and Lemma 3.2, we alo have Lemma 5.. The family of procee /2 (Z (t y(t i tight in C([, T ]. Now we prove Theorem 2.2. Proof of Theorem 2.2. Let n be any equence converging to. By Lemma 5., there i a ubequence nk uch that the law of { /2 n k (Z n k (t y(t} converge weakly. By the Skorokhod repreentation theorem and Lemma 4., we can aume that n /2 k (Z n k y Z and n /2 k J n k J in C[, T ] almot urely on ome probability pace. By Taylor approximation, we have where Z n k (t y(t nk = D x b (y( Zn k ( y( nk d + nk J n k (t + R(t, nk, T E up R(t, nk C t [,T ] /2 n k E Z n k (u y(u 2 du. The contant in the above formula depend on the econd derivative of b which are bounded by aumption. Taking k and uing Lemma 4.2 and Lemma 3.2, the above expreion converge to Z(t = D x b (y( Z(d + J(t. By uniquene, Z = ζ in ditribution where ζ i defined by (2.2. equence n wa arbitrary, lim /2 (Z y = Ȳ in ditribution. Becaue our original Finally, by Lemma 4.2, /2 (Y (t y(t and /2 (Z (t y(t have the ame limit, o our reult follow. 6 Proof of Corollary 2.4 We firt prove Corollary 2.4 in the cae where b. That i, in the cae where the Y (t uniformly on bounded time interval. In thi cae, we can time change the ytem (X, Y which olve (2.4-(2.5 into a ytem where the fat motion i Brownian. Let (X (t, Y (t olve (2.4 and (2.5 with b, and introduce the time-change (t = (ψ (Y u + ψ 2 (X (u, Y (u 2 du. 3
Denote the invere of (t by t (. If we et X ( = X (t (, then it become fat Brownian motion, in the ene that there exit W uch that X ( = W (. If we et Ỹ ( = Y (t (, then it olve the SDE where and dỹ ( = b( W (, Ỹ (d + σ( W (, Ỹ (dw 2 (, b(x, y = b 2 (x, y (ψ (y + ψ 2 (x, y 2 σ(x, y = σ(x, y (ψ (y + ψ 2 (x, y. By (2.3 and (2.6, we have up y R d b 2 (., y, and up y R d Tr σ σ T (., y L (R. By Theorem 2.2, we have that if ζ ( = (Ỹ (, then we have ( X (, ζ ( ( W (, ζ ( in C([,, R +d, (6. where ζ ( i the limit a in Theorem 2.2 but with b, σ and ome W 2 independent of W. Uing (2.3, Lemma 3., and Lemma 3.2, it i not hard to ee that t ( = (ψ (Ỹ (v + ψ 2 ( W (v, Ỹ (v 2 dv ψ 2 (ỹ(vdv =: t (, where the convergence take place in L 2 (Ω uniformly on bounded interval. Thi alo implie, by (2.3, that (t (t = ψ 2 (y(udu in L 2 (Ω, uniformly on bounded interval. (6.2 Therefore, by revering the time change, we ee that (X (t, ζ (t = ( W ( (t, ζ ( (t ( W ( (t, ζ ( (t =: (X, ζ. Since i a determinitic time-change, = f(xl W ( (t, xdx = (t f( W ( (vψ 2 (y(vdv = f( W (udu = f( W ( (vd W ( (v = f( W ( (vd X, for every bounded, meaurable tet function, where. denote the quadratic variation. Therefore, L X (t, x = L W ( (t, x i the local time of W ( (v. Thi implie that Ṽ ( (t = W 2 (L X (t,. Uing thi, (6., (6.2, and that i a determinitic time change, the proof can be concluded. If b, then the time change argument decribed above doe not immediately convert ( X, ζ into a pair that fulfill the aumption of Theorem 2.2. The main reaon for thi 4
i that the time change convert y(t, which i the olution to a determinitic ODE, into ỹ( := ỹ(t ( which olve dỹ d = b (ỹ( (ψ (Ỹ ( + ψ 2 ( X (, Ỹ ( 2. Before doing the time change, we notice that ζ (t := /2 (Y (t y(t olve dζ (t = /2 (b (y(t + ζ (t b (y(tdt + /2 b 2 (X (t, y(t + ζ (tdt + /2 σ(x (t, y(t + ζ(tdw 2 (t. We can prove Corollary 2.4 by analyzing thee three term eparately. By the propertie of derivative, if ζ ζ, the firt term T /2 (b (y(t + ζ (t b (y(tdt T D y b (y(t ζ (tdt. We can then ue the tightne of {ζ } to extract a convergent ubequence. The econd term with b 2 converge to zero uniformly on bounded interval of time becaue of Lemma 3.. Finally, we can analyze the tochatic term uing the time change argument decribed at the beginning of thi ection. The reult of Corollary 2.4 will follow. Acknowledgement The author are grateful to D.
