While the calculations can be done using whatever software you prefer, I highly recommend using Matlab. If you are unfamiliar with Matlab, check out While you may discuss ideas and questions about the homework with other classmates, the homework solution must be your own. October 13 No Class Fall Break October 18 Take home midterm exam due 10/25 November 25 No Class - Thanksgiving December 8 Last Day of Class, Take home final exam Course Overview In this course we will study the kinematics and dynamics of celestial bodies and artificial satellites moving under the influence of forces common to the space flight environment; most importantly bodies moving under the influence of gravity.
