Established in 2009 our state-of-art manufacturing facility is located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand about 4 hours from India capital New Delhi. Since inception we have been prototyping, designing, developing and manufacturing high quality plastic products for used in life science laboratory around the world. We are an ISO 900:2008 & ISO3485 certified company and CE marked. 10 NON-PYROGENIC CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials, Petri Dish, Radioimmunoassay (Ria) Vials, Pasteur Pipette & other products are tested for Pyrogenic. This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are Non-Pyrogenic. Endotoxin levels are < 0.06 EU/ml. Products were tested for Endotoxins by the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) Gel Clot Assay. PROCEDURE: Lot samples of the products were extracted according to current FDA guidelines in Pyrogen free water and the extract solution was then assayed along with the positive and negative controls. The sensitivity of the LAL Gel Clot Assay was 0.06 EU/ml. (A) P005 Lot No-50300, (B) P6002 Lot No , (C) P0202 Lot No-, (D) P040 Lot No , (E) P0403 Lot No RESULTS: Endotoxin levels <0.06 EU/ml. COMMENTS: Current FDA/USP guidelines set endotoxin limits for medical devices at 0.5 EU/ml, and 0.06 EU/ml for devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid. We test products according to the guidelines for medical devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid. RNase FREE CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials, Petri Dish, Radioimmunoassay (Ria) Vials, Pasteur Pipette & other products are tested for RNase. This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are free of any detectable RNase contamination. Products were tested for RNase activity by the following protocol. PROCEDURE: Products were extracted in RNase free water. The extract was then added to an RNA standard. The RNA standard was incubated at 37 C for hour then heated to 65 C for 5 minutes. RNA samples were then run on an agarose gel, photographed, and evaluated for degradation. 23 Swirl Micro Plate Centrifuge Astonishingly small footprint (9x0 in.) half the size of conventional Centrifuge. The easily reachable rotor chamber includes two plate carriers that rest at a 75 angle thus allows plates to be inserted confidently without sealing tapes or caps.
