Intoduction Since the emegence of gid-connected wind geneation in 1980, with the development of blade aeodynamic, compute technology [1], contol technology, geneato technology and new mateial, the development of wind powe geneation technology i vey apid. The unit capacity ha developed fom the initial eveal kilowatt-cla to megawatt-cla which ente the wind fam ecently. The development of powe contol mode i fom fixed pitch tall contol to full paddle blade vaiable-pitch and vaiable peed contol [-4]. The opeating eliability ha inceaed fom 50% in ealy 1980 to moe than 98%. And the wind powe geneato in the wind fam can ealize centalized contol and emote contol. The development pace of wind fam i moe wide, moving inland fom the ea. Developed countie have made emakable achievement in the development and utilization of wind enegy. foming a wind mill induty on a vat cale. In Octobe 001, the global wind powe geneation intalled capacity ha beaked 0 thouand MW [5-7]. The new capacity eached 5000MW. Expet pedict that the global wind tubine intalled capacity will continue to inceae at an annual ate of moe than 5% fom 00. By 010, the wold wind tubine intalled capacity will beak- 100GW [8-10]. Wind powe geneation technology develop towad the diection of inceaing ingle-machine capacity, alleviating the unit volume and impoving the efficiency [11-1]. Taking ingle machine capacity a an example, in the ealy 1980, ingle-machine capacity of commecialized wind tubine mainly i 55k W. Fom mid-1980 to ealy1990, it i mainly 100~450k W. In the middle of and late 1990, it i mainly 500K W~1MW [13-15]. At peent, the lage-cale and medium-ized unit connected to the gid ha become the main fom of wind powe utilization. Fo educing the cot pe kilowatt, aving the utilization aea of wind fam, acceleating the contuction peed of wind fam, impoving the economic benefit of wind powe, many wind powe manufactue ae committed to impoving ingle-machine capacity, poducing the commecial unit whoe capacity i geate than 1MW [16-18]. The fixed pitch contant peed wind tubine which ente the wind fam in the mid-1980 mainly olve the poblem of ynchonization of wind powe et and the afety and eliability of opeation. The ue of oft cut-in technology, aeodynamic baking technology, yaw and automatic untwiting technology ae the mot baic poblem of wind geneating et in gid connected opeation need to olve [18-0]. The oft cut-in technology adopt the oft cut-in method baed on bidiectional thyito to ynchonize and cloe the aynchonou geneato technology. The aeodynamic bake technology efe to 1.5~.5m pat in the tip of the blade, which i deigned to the teeable the leaf opex poile. When wind tubine need to take off the netwok and top [1-3], the leaf opex poile can otate 90 degee to fom the pilling flap accoding to the contol intuction action, which caue the wind wheel peed to dop apidly. Automatic untwiting technology efe to that when the engine oom ha been adjuted to 70 degee in tandby tate, o ha been adjuted to 1080 degee in the unning tate [4], The geneato cable intoduced to the towe fom the cabin ae in the tate of winding engine, then the contolle will epot the fault, and the wind tubine will be hutdown and automatically execute unwapping. Afte untwiting, the fault ignal i eliminated and the contolle i eet automatically [5-6]. Becaue the powe output i limited by it pefomance of the blade, the pitch angle of blade ha been fixed duing intallation. The geneato peed i limited by the gid fequency. Theefoe, in the allowable ange of the wind peed, the contol ytem of fixed pitch wind tubine in the unning poce doen t make any contol fo the change of output enegy caued by wind peed. Thi geatly implifie the contol technology and the coeponding evodive technology. So that the fixed pitch wind tubine can be commecialized in a hot time. In the ealy day, the contant peed contant pitch wind tubine ae made in Denmak [7]. Thi contol concept i called Danih concept windmill. In 1990, the eliability of wind tubine i not a poblem. The vaying oa ditance wind tubine began to ente the wind fam. The vaying oa ditance technology efe to that the blade can otate aound the axi. The contant peed wind tubine with vaiable pitch can be ued to contol otate peed on tatup.the powe can be contolled on gid-connection. The tating ability and powe output chaacteitic of the wind tubine ae impoved ignificantly. Becaue the effect of vaying oa ditance contant peed wind tubine unde the ated wind peed i not ideal. Accoding to the capacity contol way of the blade, the vaiable peed wind tubine include two type: the vaiable peed fixed pitch tall contol concept unit and the vaiable peed vaying oa ditance contol concept unit. the development of vaiable peed vaying oa ditance unit i ipe [8]. Many MW cla commecial opeation unit ue thi contol mode, but it equie a cotly and complicated popelle pitch angle egulatoy ytem. The vaiable peed fixed pitch tall contol unit i till in the expeimental tage. The obviou advantage of thi model leave out the popelle pitch angle egulatoy ytem. The tall contol mode depend on the ditinctive aifoil tuctue of blade. The molding technology i difficult. In ecent yea, with the inceaing of equiement lagecale and elevancy in wind powe geneation technology, the cloud computing technology i intoduced to the elevant pactical application. The wind tubine ha gadually become the pilla of lage powe gid in powe geneation. The contat analyi method ued in the expeiment i the taditional contol tategy baed on gid-connected invete. In expeiment, the voltage in the wind tubine i apidly inceaed to 1.08pu, Requ =60 tate. The expeiment analyze the effect of the output voltage modulation wave of the ytem ide convete by uing the taditional tategy and the pape tategy, which can be expeed in Figue 4.
