1 Hadron Spectroscopy, exotics and Bc physics at LHCb Biplab Dey on behalf of the LHCb collaboration BEACH 2016, Fairfax, VA Biplab Dey Hadron Spectroscopy & Bc June 16th, / 26

2 Introduction Introduction: exotics Tetra/pentaquarks were predicted by Gell-Mann/Zweig in 1964 Yet, only a handful seen, only in the heavy-quark sector. LHCb: first dedicated b/c-physics detector at a hadron collider. Excellent vertexing and PID. B : Λ 0 b : B s 4 : 2 : 1 within acceptance. Biplab Dey Hadron Spectroscopy & B c June 16 th, / 26
