Hydrothermal system common for Gold (In the Pacific), Copper, Silver, Lead, Zinc, and Molybdenum. Epithermal; Mesothermal; Hypothermal; Telethermal; enothermal. Porphyry copper/gold mineralization system (In PNG). Common hydrothermal mineral deposit type in PNG (Panguna, Ok Tedi, Yandera, Frieda and Wafi). Mineralization and Wall rock alteration. Exploration of Mineral Deposits. Determine exploration method by commodity mineral and it deposit characteristics. Geochemical Exploration techniques and Geophysical Exploration techniques. Resource Geology; Resource definition; evaluation; geology modeling and resource modeling guided by JORC. Mine Geology; Planning; Mining and Monitoring; Grade control, mapping, drill and blast sampling (Assay geochemistry), ore block grade, mill ore blending and stockpile management; Pit wall stability monitoring (Geotechnic); Acid rock Drainage monitoring and waste dump management (Environmental Geology). Reporting Monthly. Grade control report tonnes and grade; model grade-mined grade-mill grade-metal production and reconciliation. Reconciliation findings/feedback must refine the entire mining practices. Best mining practice is an operation characterized by very low cost/ per ounce production that has the best occupational health and safety record and creation, and application of an Environmentally friendly cultures.
