8 Spius Project 8 Target: Location: Property: History: Setting: Copper-molybdenum-gold porphyry. Southern British Columbia, road accessible. 6 mineral claims covering 2,101 hectares. Surface sampling, shallow drilling (1960 s, early 70 s), recent soil sampling. Quesnel terrain (Highland Valley, Copper Mountain, Prosperity, Afton, Ajax, Gibraltar, Mt Polley and Mt Milligan). Target Details: Typical porphyry alteration and zoning, strong 500 m x 1,000 m soil anomaly, float samples assaying 2.53% Cu and 1.43% Cu Program: 10 km IP geophysical survey, geological mapping, soil sampling; possibly followed by drilling if time permits.

Headwaters of Clear Cr, 110 km E of Dawson, Yukon; road accessible. 96 mineral claims covering 2,000 hectares. Mapping and soil sampling in 2017 identified four priority gold targets. Tintina Gold belt 90 MY intrusion-hosted deposit - similar to Dublin Gulch, Brewery Creek and Red Mountain in Yukon and Fort Knox, True North, Pogo and Donlin Creek in Alaska. Target Details: Strong gold and silver anomalies with pathfinders arsenic and antimony associated with Tombstone aged intrusives Program: Detailed mapping and sampling with a reconnaissance IP survey to test for disseminated sulphide mineralization at depth.

Soil sampling in 2010 identified several gold anomalies with related pathfinder elements. White Gold District - similar geology to Golden Saddle (961,000 gold ounces Indicated within 12,324,000 tonnes at 2.43 g/t gold and 282,500 gold ounces Inferred within 5,157,000 tonnes at 1.70 g/t gold). Target Details: Strong gold soil anomaly with associated arsenic and barium with a similar geological and structural environment to the Golden Saddle deposit Program: Detailed mapping and deep penetrating soil survey to define drill targets.

Soil sampling in 2010 identified several gold anomalies with related pathfinder elements anomalies further defined with detailed sampling programs in White Gold District - similar geology to Golden Saddle and Coffee. At the headwaters of several active gold placer creeks. Target Details: Strong gold soil anomaly with associated arsenic, antimony and mercury upstream from active placer mining on Eureka Creek Program: Property is optioned to Trifecta Gold who can earn up to 70%. Sampling planned for 2018.

16 Mariposa Gold Project 16 Target: Location: Property: History: Setting: Structurally controlled mesothermal gold. 120 km SE of Dawson, Yukon; road accessible. 1,300 mineral claims covering 30,000 hectares. Soil sampling in 2009 discovered the Skookum Zone, drilled in with best result of 2.74 gpt Au over 33.7 m (within 1.51 gpt Au over 81.5 m). White Gold District - geological setting is similar to the White Gold and Coffee properties in terms of host lithologies, structural controls, brittle style of deformation and the nature of gold mineralization. Target Details: Several gold targets from drill tested to soil and alteration anomalies; adjacent to active placer gold mining Program: Property is optioned to Four Nines Gold who can earn up to 70%. Trenching planned for 2018.

20 TL Zinc Project 20 Target: Location: Property: Broken Hill type or SEDEX Zn-Pb-Ag massive sulfide. 80 km northeast of Vernon, British Columbia; road accessible. 16 mineral claims covering 6,400 hectares. History: Discovered in 2010, minor trenching and drilling in ; optioned by Pacific Ridge in 2016; drilled 2 holes in Setting: The property is within a Proterozoic basin in a geological setting similar to that which hosts many of the world s largest zinc-lead deposits (Mt. Isa, Broken Hill, McArthur River, Sullivan). Mineralization (sphalerite with pyrite and pyrrhotite) is hosted in quartzite and biotite-quartz-garnet schist with associated marble. Target Details: Mineralized horizon is defined by surface showings, scattered float up to 19% Zn, soil anomalies and an EM conductor Program: The proposed drill program has been suspended due to allegations of third party interests in the 16 TL claims.
