5 OGI Zinc Located 50km east of Dawson City and 7km east of the Dempster Highway The target is a sediment hosted Zn-Pb-Ag massive sulphide deposit Geological setting is similar to Howards Pass and many other zincrich base and precious metal occurrences within Yukon's Selwyn Basin 2017 field program will include geological mapping, prospecting, detailed soil sampling, ground geophysical surveys, including magnetics and VLF electromagnetics and hand trenching, with the objective of defining drill targets 5

6 OGI Zinc -- Planned 2017 Exploration Program focused on a 1,000m long polymetallic soil anomaly, open in two directions, with values ranging from 500 to 5,780 parts per million zinc, with anomalous silver, lead, barium, molybdenum, nickel and arsenic 6

7 RC Gold New Acquisition Located in the Clear Creek District in the heart of the Yukon's Tintina Gold Belt, mid-way between Victoria Gold's Eagle Gold project and Golden Predator's Brewery Creek project RC is situated at the headwaters of Clear Creek, one of the Yukon s most prolific placer gold creeks, and adjoins Strikepoint Gold's Mahtin Project on the east and Victoria Gold's Clear Creek project on the west RC is underexplored relative to its neighbours and overlies favourable geology and stream sediment geochemistry Target is an Intrusion Related Gold deposit such as Eagle Gold, Brewery Creek, Red Mountain and Fort Knox in Alaska Pacific Ridge plans a program of detailed mapping, prospecting and soil sampling to define targets for drill testing 7

8 RC Gold Planned 2017 Exploration RC straddles the Big Creek Stock, a Tombstone Suite Intrusion that returned 115 ppb Au from a grab sample taken during Reconnaissance soil sampling on the property has produced gold values ranging up to 913 ppb 8

9 Eureka Dome Eureka Dome is located approximately 55km north of White Gold s Golden Saddle deposit and is approx. 33km 2 in size Placer gold occurrences have been reported in most creeks draining the property and geochemical anomalies suggest the presence of a high level epithermal style alteration system -- anomalous arsenic (3000 ppb) and mercury (17 ppm) occur within silicified and brecciated rocks Prior workers reported breccia float samples grading to 14 grams/tonne gold, and silt samples running to 900 ppb on immediately adjacent properties Reconnaissance sampling by Pacific Ridge has defined a gold-mercurymolybdenum-antimony soil anomaly that requires detail follow-up sampling The sampling program will be expanded in 2017 in an effort to discover the source of the Eureka Creek placer gold 9

11 Mariposa Mariposa lies within the Yukon's White Gold District of the Dawson Range Mineral Belt, a regional major northwest trending structural corridor which hosts numerous gold and copper deposits Mariposa is approximately 295km 2 in size and is located 40 km southeast of White Gold s Golden Saddle deposit and 30 km eastnortheast of Goldcorp s Coffee deposit The geological setting of Mariposa is similar to the Golden Saddle and Coffee deposits in terms of the host lithologies, the structural controls and brittle style of deformation and the nature of gold mineralization Pacific Ridge has spent more than $6.0 million at Mariposa since 2011 Significant drill intersections include 2.44 grams/tonne gold over 39m Mariposa is currently under option to Four Nines Gold Inc. 11

13 Fyre Lake Located in southeast Yukon, Fyre Lake hosts a "Besshi-type" coppercobalt-gold volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization Exploration to date has partially drill defined the Kona massive sulphide deposit and outlined two satellite targets with potential for additional VMS deposits The Kona Deposit has been defined by 115 holes totaling over 23,200m of diamond drilling NI compliant mineral resource estimate*: Indicated Resource: million tonnes grading 1.57% copper, 0.10% cobalt and 0.61 grams gold per tonne at a 1% copper cut off grade Inferred Resource: million tonnes grading 1.48% copper, 0.08% cobalt and 0.53 grams gold per tonne at the same cut off grade Fyre Lake has been optioned to BMC Minerals *Resource estimates prepared by D. 20 Gold Cap Over 1,200 hectares in size, Gold Cap adjoins the northeast boundary of White Gold s claims that contain the Golden Saddle deposit, located 6 km to the southwest Pacific Ridge staked Gold Cap in 2009 on the basis of an anomalous gold silt sample reported by the Geological Survey of Canada Gold Cap covers a geologic setting for White Gold style mineralization A detailed grid-based soil sampling program has outlined a 3km long northeasterly trending gold soil anomaly, with values peaking at 217 ppb gold The anomaly lies adjacent to the Cathy Zone soil anomaly on White Gold s claim and and the two soil anomalies may be a part of the same zone From a regional geological perspective, a major northwest/southeast-trending fault zone proximal to the Comstock gold discovery, located 5 km northwest of Gold Cap, may also trend through the Gold Cap claims. 20

22 TL Zinc, BC TL is located approx. 80km northeast of Vernon, British Columbia The target at TL is a large Broken Hill type or SEDEX (Sedimentary Exhalative) Zn-Pb-Ag massive sulfide deposit The property occurs within a Proterozoic basin in a geological setting similar to that which hosts many of the world's largest zinc-lead deposits (Mt. Isa, Broken Hill, McArthur River, Sullivan) The proposed 2017 drill program at the TL Zinc property has been suspended due to allegations of third party interests 22
