4 Company Overview Alto is focusing its resources on exploration of its strategically located diamond properties adjoining North Arrow s Pikoo diamond discovery in a possible new diamond district in north-central Saskatchewan Work on diamond properties includes 325 till samples collected for Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIMs) in September, 2014 and the start of 50m line spacing airborne magnetometer survey in December, 2014 Alto holds significant gold resources on its 100% owned Destiny gold project near Val d Or, Quebec 4

5 Results of Diamond Exploration Work Significant Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIMs) were recovered in till samples from the east half of GEFA property confirming at least one Indicator Mineral Dispersion Train One eclogite garnet included in diamonds (Diamond Indicator Mineral DIM ) grain was recovered from this KIM train Recovery of such an eclogite garnet in till is consistent with an indicator dispersion train having a potentially significant diamondiferous source Results are still pending for approximately half of the 325 samples collected in 2014, including the west half of GEFA property A high resolution, low altitude airborne magnetometer survey over the GEFA property started in December, 2014 and is currently in progress. 13 DETAILED HIGH RESOLUTION AIRBORNE MAGNETOMETER SURVEY IN PROGRESS OVER GEFA CLAIMS Alto Ventures has identified 10 priority magnetic anomalies consistent with kimberlite pipes on its GEFA claims from historically available regional scale airborne geophysical surveys. Currently a high-resolution, low-altitude airborne magnetometer survey is in progress over the GEFA claims flying on 50m line spacing to better define the magnetic anomalies identified from the regional scale survey.
