13 3 ACTIVE JOINT VENTURES South Voisey s Bay Nickel Property, Labrador - Fjordland Exploration The South Voisey s Bay property is in Labrador approximately 80 km south of the operating Voisey s Bay nickel mine; Current ownership is 65% Commander and 35% Fjordland Exploration (with HPX a funding partner); Property covers major parts of the Pants Lake gabbro complex that has alteration and nickel mineralization styles that are similar to the Voisey s Bay hosts; The large 294 km 2 property has an extensive geophysical and geochemical database; 2017 program consisted of 1,469 m of drilling and downhole geophysics in 8 holes; Target generation and geophysics re-processing is ongoing in support of 2018 work program. 13

14 3 ACTIVE JOINT VENTURES Baffin Gold Property, Nunavut - Kivalliq Energy Corporation The Baffin Gold Property Option Agreement was signed in 2017 with Commander retaining a 0.25% to 0.5% NSR royalty on regional and our Baffin Gold Property optioned lands respectively; Large 4,090 km 2 land position covering one of the largest undeveloped greenstone belts in Canada; The Baffin Gold Property hosts known high-grade gold occurrences in multiple geological settings: iron formation, shear zones, quartz veins, metasediments and metavolcanics; Over $25M of exploration data and extensive geoscience databases from exploration programs performed between 2001 and 2011; 2017 work by Kivalliq confirmed high-grade gold in banded iron formation (BIF) meta-sediment hosted quartz veins. Highlights include: 268 g/t Au, (Malrok BIF grab sample) 211 g/t Au over 0.5 m and g/t Au over 0.5 m (Kanosak quartz vein channel sample) 20% of rock samples taken in 2017 (85) were > 0.5 g/t Au 492 till samples identified a new 10 km long corridor of anomalous gold at south Kanosak, and seven anomalous areas warranting follow-up at three different prospects. 14

15 Flume Gold Property is 70 km northwest of Goldcorp s Coffee Gold project; 3 ACTIVE JOINT VENTURES Flume Gold Property, Yukon - K2 Gold Corporation $3.5M in historical work on the property, most recently by Ryan Gold Corp.; This work has outlined a large 10 km by 3 km gold and arsenic soil anomaly covering the headwaters of Ten Mile and Sestak Creeks, both historical Placer Gold producers; In 2012, a wide spaced reconnaissance nine drill hole program focused on the southern 2.5 km of the target - Hole F included 2m of 5.76 g/t Au; 6 km to the north of the drill area is a stronger arsenic anomaly with accompanying gold geochemistry over 12 km 2 that remains undrilled; 2017 sampling by K2 confirmed this Au-in-soil anomaly, approximately 1.2 km by 3 km in size, with values up to 247 ppb Au (15% of soil samples were greater than 25 ppb Au). A new Au-in-Soil anomaly was also outlined in the southeastern portion of the property marked by values up to 68 ppb Au (8% of soil samples were greater than 25 ppb Au); Rock float sampling in the south-central portion of Flume, in the area of historical exploratory drilling, yielded assays up to 4.76 g/t (22% of rock samples were greater than 0.5 g/t Au). 15
