2 PRESENTATION AND OBJECTIVES : The main aim of this scientific event is to give an opportunity to specialists in the field of geosciences to meet and exchange the latest findings and the new trends in the geological research work. It allows them to update their knowledge concerning methods, tools and resource modeling. The colloquium is also an international forum where they can exchange their opinions while strengthening international relations. Furthermore, it contribute to the establishment of strong relations between the university and the socio-economic sector for an integrated management of mineral and energy resources as well as the environment. This third edition of the geosciences conference is the continuity of what we have started several years ago in the field of geosciences and wealth creation. The themes selected for this conference, are in relation to quality, conservation and sustainable management of raw materials, energy and ecosystems. TOPICS : Water resources and environment; Climate change and its impact ; Stratigraphy, geodynamics of sedimentary basins, Petrology and Geochemistry, Geotechnical and Natural Hazards, Planning (urban growth and sustainability). LANGUAGES : Languages of the conference are Arab, French and English. EXHIBITIONS: Spaces will be reserved for the exhibition of accepted posters, scientific equipment, books or newspapers. IMPORTANT DATES Deadline for abstract receipt by the conference secretary office: April 20th Acceptance notification: 30/04/2013 Deadline for extended abstracts: 30/06/2013 Final notification and invitation: 15/07/2013 Preliminary program: September 10th 2013 RECOMMANDATIONS ABSTRACT: - The abstract should be written in one page with character 12 Times and simple spacing - The margins should be 2.5 cm on each side; - The title of the manuscript should be in "bold" and "capital"; - keywords, not more than three.

3 - Authors' names must appear immediately below the title, followed affiliation and address with character "Times 10" EXTENDED ABSTRACT: The authors will be notified once the paper is accepted. After that, extended abstracts will be sent to the conference secretariat, according to the model that will accompany the notification of letter. - Poster presentation Maximum dimensions: A0 REGISTRATION FEES Staff members 3000 DA Student 1500 DA No communicate 5000 DA The registration fees include abstracts proceeding, coffee break, meals, access to plenary sessions, poster space and accommodation.
