Maptek (ESRI- BP) Vulcan This module facilitates data transfer between Vulcan and ESRI's ArcGIS products. The Import/Export Shape File options allow the user to load/dump ESRI shape files into/from Envisage. The shape files store both non-topological geometry and attribute information for the spatial features of a dataset. A feature's geometry is stored as a set of vector coordinates defining a shape. The Import Grid option allows the user to convert ESRI grid files to Vulcan grid format. The Export Grid option allows the user to export Vulcan grid files to ESRI ASCII grid files, which can then be imported into ESRI software Gemcom GEMS Gemcom GEMS provides collaborative geology and mine planning capabilities that support cross-functional teams involved in exploration, modelling, mine design, long-term planning, and production scheduling.
