S. patent pending) Developed binary, ternary, and quaternary phase diagrams, characterized micro emulsion systems Modeled first and second order phase transitions, and investigated critical phenomena Specialized in experimental techniques such as static and dynamic light scattering, small angle x-ray and neutron scattering, optical and electron microscopy, gas chromatography and mass spectrometry Wrote proposals to seek funding for fundamental and applied research (acquired $50,000 from NSF for applied research and technology commercialization) Teaching, University of Maryland, College Park Aug Lecturer (Adjunct Faculty) at the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, University of Maryland, Summer Taught Material & Energy Balances, a core course for freshmen studying chemical engineering.
