Main Research activities are in the field of synthesis and characterization of organic compounds, as well as in the domains of analytical chemistry, especially atomic spectral techniques and chromatography. - Main coordinator in 1 international research project (Annex II) - Member in 2 international projects. - Main coordinator in 1 national research project. - Member in 10 R&D national projects scientific papers on the following topics (Annex I): analytical techniques: graphite and flame atomic absorption spectrometry and applied on heavy metals monitoring from soil, water and air; chromatographic methods (HPLC, GC-MC, HPTLC) applied for separation and purification of organic compounds; EDXRF techniques; synthesis and characterization (by UV-VIS, FT-IR, H-RMN, C-RMN, MS) of new organic compounds obtained for the first time by original synthesis, as well as of organic intermediaries. - Scientific publications on the last 10 years (Annex I) are grouped as following: 41 original articles, published in ISI international and national journals; 85 original articles, published in professional BDI journals and international conference proceedings; 18 books; over 60 conference participation with oral presentation or posters. 2.
