In this research project the applicant evaluated different populations of sage indigenous to Greece, in order to specify promising genetic material high efficient in polyphenolic and volatile content for breeding purposes. Under PhD thesis the applicant examined the effect of genotype (different species and intraspecies), stress factors and several agronomic techniques such as application of bio-stimulators (plant
