This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur during the 2015 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. As ETNG continues to plan for the 2015 outage season, updates to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date. Lobelville to Lewisburg August 3 - September 5 the Lobelville and Lewisburg Compressor Stations on the 3200 line. During this outage, west to east capacity will be reduced as follows: ***August 4 - August 10: The west to east capacity through Lewisburg will be reduced to approximately 156,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to gas sourced west to east through Lewisburg is anticipated for interruptible and possibly secondary services. ***August 15 - August 20: The west to east capacity through Lewisburg will be reduced to approximately 156,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to gas sourced west to east through Lewisburg is anticipated for interruptible and possibly secondary services. During this time the following meter will be unavailable for flow: MR 59189 - LEWISBURG GAS - INDUSTRIAL PARK ***August 25 - August 29: Receipts sourced from meter 53201 El Paso - Lobelville are available for delivery between Meter 53201 (MP 0.00) and 3200 Line 16 Milepost 37.82. However, depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to receipts sourced from meter 53201 (MP 0.00) for delivery downstream of 3200 Line 16 Milepost 37.82 may be required for interruptible and possibly secondary services. Topside to Boyds Creek: September 1 - September 11 the Topside and Boyds Creek Compressor Stations on the 3300 line. The capacity through Boyds Creek will be reduced to zero during this outage. Receipts sourced west of Boyds Creek for delivery east of Boyds Page 2 of 9

Creek will be restricted for interruptible and secondary services. Furthermore, restrictions to primary firm services during this outage will be required. During this outage the following meters will be unavailable for flow: MR 59144 - SEVIER SEYMOUR MR 59000 - KUB EAST ***Flatwoods to Fordtown: September 1 - September 12 the Flatwoods and Fordtown Compressor Stations on the 3300 line. During this outage, west to east capacity through Fordtown will be reduced to approximately 90,000 Dth/d. Restriction to gas sourced west to east through Fordtown is not anticipated at this time. During this outage the following meter will be unavailable for flow: MR 59107 - TENNESSEE EASTMAN 2 Flatwoods Compressor Station: September 6 - September 12 ETNG will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Flatwoods Compressor station on the 3300 line. During this outage, capacity west to east through Boyds Creek will be reduced to approximately 110,000 Dth/d and approximately 94,000 Dth/d west to east through Flatwoods. Depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to gas sourced west to east through Boyds Creek or Flatwoods are anticipated for interruptible and secondary services. Bristol - Glade Springs September 28 - September 29 ETNG will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Bristol and Glade Springs Compressor Stations on the 3300 line. During this outage, west to east capacity through Fordtown will be reduced to approximately 77,000 Dth/d, west to east capacity through Bristol will be reduced to approximately 10,000 Dth/d, west to east capacity through Glade Springs will be reduced to approximately 34,000 Dth/ and west to east capacity through Rural Retreat will be reduced to approximately 409,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to gas sourced west to east of Glade Springs is anticipated for interruptible and secondary services. Glade Spring Compressor Station: September 28 - October 2 ETNG will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Glade Spring Compressor station on the 3300 line. During this outage, west to east capacity through Glade Spring will be reduced to approximately 161,000 Dth /d and west to east capacity through Rural Retreat will be reduced to approximately 341,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, receipts sourced west of Glade Spring or Rural Retreat for delivery east of Glade Spring or Rural Retreat on the 3300 line are anticipated for interruptible and secondary services. Fordtown Compressor Station: October 15 - October 17 ETNG will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Fordtown Compressor station on the 3300 line. During this outage, capacity west to east through Fordtown will be reduced to approximately 90,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, restrictions to gas sourced west to east through Fordtown is anticipated for interruptible and secondary services. Nora Compressor Station: October 19 - October 23 ETNG will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Nora Compressor station on the 3400 line. During this outage, receipts sourced at the following meter could be restricted MR 59335 - EQUITABLE - DICKENSON COUNTY 1 At this time, ETNG does not anticipate any capacity restriction. Boyds Creek Compressor Station: October 21 - October 26 ETNG will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Boyds Creek Compressor station on the 3300 line. During this outage, capacity west to east through Boyds Creek will be reduced to approximately 111,000 Dth/d and capacity west to east through Flatwoods will be reduced to approximately 116,000 Dth/d. Depending on nominated quantities, receipts sourced west of Boyds Creek or Flatwoods for delivery east of Boyds Creek or Flatwoods on the 3300 line are anticipated for interruptible and secondary services. Wartburg to Topside (Line 3111A-100 6") October TBD ETNG will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Wartburg to Topside on the 3111A-100 Line 6". During this outage the following meter will be unavailable for flow: MR 59221 - LENOIR CITY/HIGHWAY 321, LOUDON CO, TN In-line Tool Runs: ETNG will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the East Tennessee pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, ETNG will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for inspection this year. Each segment will have a caliper tool run and an ILI tool run. Also listed below are the dates of possible investigation as a result of the in-line inspection.
