The project became effective on March 13, 2012. The project was officially launched on March 26, 2012 in Cotonou, and the technical launching workshop took place in Grand-Popo from March 28-30, 2012. The annual work plan and budget for 2012 has been prepared. Project implementation has effectively started but there is need to speed up the process and improve disbursement profile. Page 1 of 7
