Implementation Status Overview This is an update of the status of the Project, which was approved by the World Bank's Board on December 6, 2013. The Grant agreement between PROFONANPE and the World Bank was signed on February 11, 2014, and with all effectiveness conditions met, the project was declared effective on April 21, 2014 and officially launched by the Minister of Environment on July 1, 2014.
