INFORMATION NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS

Venue and duration of the Meeting The Regional Workshop on Strengthening Multi Hazard Early Warning System for Pacific Island Countries will be held at the ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali, Indonesia from 07 to 08 March 2017. The Meeting will take place at Jepun & Pucuk Room start at 09:00 Local Time. Arrival and Departure Transport Arrangements Participants are recommended to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport at 6 March and depart at 9 March 2018. BMKG will not provide pick up arrangements from airport to the hotel, and vice versa. Thus, terminal expense will be provided to participants based on ESCAP and BMKG regulations. Accommodation BMKG will cover your accommodation at the ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali, Indonesia, only from 06 to 09 March 2018. BMKG has booked your room for the duration of the meeting. When you arrive at the hotel, kindly go to reservation desk and show your passport to check in to your room. Check in hour is started at 2 PM, and you will be requested to check out before 12 PM. Early arrival and/or extended stay at hotel should borne by participants. Meals and Dinner The Following meals will be provided by BMKG : Breakfast on 07-09 March 2018, will be served in Sands restaurant. Lunch on 07-08 March 2018, will be served in Kunyit restaurant. Dinner on 07-08 March 2018, will be served in Sands restaurant Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) BMKG will cover DSA for the duration of the EGM in accordance with its rules and regulations.
