Po t on the stop support plate and nsert the 2 bolts (HM6 x 110 mm) n the speed reducer. Po t on the 2 spacers, push the bolts through them and secure the assembly th the nylstop nuts M6. C hten the assembly th a nylstop nut M8. T ght g torque: 22 Nm. t cam C on the speed reducer shaft.(the rounded face out de). Turn the motor 90 th respect to the speed reducer so that the two holes are on top, oppo te those on the speed reducer. Secure the motor u ng 2 bolts, 1 spacer, 2 nylstop nuts, T ghten ng torque: 2,5 Nm. The heads of the bolts and the spacer should be n er the speed reducer. mount ng the relays and the aux l ary contacts F t the 2 bolts (HM6x20) and the 2 M6 nuts on the rear plate of the operat ng mechan m and t hten them T ghten ng torque: 8 Nm. F t the relay subassembly ( SIP1 ) on the ends of these bolts and secure t u ng 2 nylstop nuts M6: T ghten ng torque: 8 Nm. 12 S1B22863 rev s on : 02

Connect the motor w es to the relay subassembly ( CIP1 ), under the relays (see d agram). t the au ary contact assembly and secure t w th 2 HM6x16 bolts and 2 nylstop nuts w th the nuts n front. T ghten ng torque: 8 Nm. F t and secure the lock ng cro--- tch assembly S14 w th 2 HM4x12 bolts and 2 nylstop nuts. T ghten ng torque: 2,5 Nm. w th the heads of the bolts n the back. (a n the top of the cro--- tch support bracket ho ontally th respect to the top of the operat ng mechan m front plate). t and secure the elast c stop a nylstop washer:m6: T ghten ng torque: 8 Nm. P1 Secure the mulator P1 w th 2 tap screws. T ghten ng torque: 2,5 Nm. U ng a bell ---tester,check that m cro---sw tch S14 sw tches when the earth ng sw tch operat ng lever s nserted and removed. If t doesn t, adjust the support. Insert the actuator n an nc ned po t on. vot t. F t a secure the lockout m cro--- tch S13 on ts support, u ng 3 nsulat ng screens, 2 bolts M3x20 and 2 nylstop nuts. T ghten ng torque: 0,4 Nm. Us ng a bell ---tester, check that m cro---sw tch S13 sw tches when the sw tch operat ng lever s nserted and removed. If t doesn t, adjust h s pos t on on the support.
