11 1.1 Iems Tha Ths Insrmen Can Measre Wha Is a Measremen ncon? Measremen ncon The physcal vales sch as rms volage, average crren, power, and phase dfference ha he WT3 seres measres and dsplays are called measremen fncons. ach measremen fncon s dsplayed sng a symbol ha corresponds o s physcal vale. or example, U corresponds o he volage.
