More specifically the research work is focused in the following fields: Kinetic theory of gases and rarefied gas dynamics Analytical and numerical solution of integral-differential equations (Boltzmann & kinetic model equations Non equilibrium flows and transport phenomena in nano and micro scales Applications of microfluidics (MEMS), vacuum technology and high altitude aerodynamics The Lattice Boltzmann method in computational fluid dynamics Magnetohydrodynamics and plasma physics 5.
