By analyzing the ef2 fect of laser power input and the size of laser head on the curative effect of thermotherapy, some suggestions use2 ful for tumour clinical treatment were proposed and discussed. The hydrophlicity, hygroscopicity, crystallinity, transparency, permeability of t he films were measured respectively, and t he adsorption of serum proteins and t he biocompati2 bility between the films and the rabbit corneal epithelial cell were studied. The results showed that the N2acety2 lated chitosan films had hydrophlicity to some extent, hygroscopicity and crystallinity to some extent, and had good transparency and premeability, as well as the ability to absorb the serum proteins. The results of culturing rabbit corneal epit helial cell on t he films indicated t hat t he films were well compatible wit h rabbit corneal epit he2 lial cell.
