Founded by the producer of Barbeito Wines, it consists of three individual rooms. In the first, the Columbus Room, you can admire different facts, paintings and books about Christopher Columbus. In the second, the Madeira s Room, is a great collection of engravings from the island. The last one, the Library, offers some 20,000 rare books and manuscripts. The paintings are of Portuguese, Flemish and Madeiran influences.
