6 Hydrocarbon Resource Reassessment
7 Overview A comprehensive study including G&G, Petroleum System Modeling and Resource Assessment were carried out for all 26 basins Assessment for conventional reservoirs A total of 177 Plays identified in 26 basins 87 in Tertiary, 53 in Mesozoic, 37 Pre-Mesozoic New plays were identified: Mesozoic reservoirs were identified in 14 basins Basement fractures in many new discoveries February 2018 OALP blocks-on-offer (Bid Round I) 7
8 Reassessment results Hydrocarbon resources were assessed for 26 sedimentary basins across onland, shallow water and deep waters: Total inplace: 41,872 MMTOE Discovered: 12,076 MMTOE Undiscovered: 29,796 MMTOE Last assessment done in for 15 sedimentary basins : Total inplace: 28,085 MMTOE Increase of total hydrocarbon estimate: 49.1% February 2018 OALP blocks-on-offer (Bid Round I) 8
