Chairman/ Managing Directr Peter McNeil M.Sc. cmmented: The 4 week explratin prgram at EL Bulag was successfully and cst effectively undertaken and cmpleted by myself, 1 gelgist, 3 field technicians and 18 Landwner labur assistants. The bjectives were t determine and demnstrate the lcatin, lateral extent /dimensins and tenr f n surface high grade, gld mineralised ccurrences. I gave up a family event + hliday t Kangar Island t supervise the prgram, but believe it was well wrth it. The megascpically mineralised/altered Upper and Lwer Zne utcrps were lcated, cleaned, systematically brken/channelled (with a demlitin jackhammer), sampled, mapped, evaluated and tracked laterally in 10 'trenches' ver 95m and 120m strike lengths each. Higher tenr sil anmalies alng trend t bth the east and west f the Lwer Zne indicate excellent cntinuing strike lengths t +470m and hence increased size ptential. I bserved very strngly brecciated and silica- sericite altered arsenpyrite- pyrite mineralised, E-W t ESE- WNW trending + mderate SW plunging intrusives in the Upper Zne, which was mdelled incrrectly by previus explrers as nly 40cm thick dip slpe mineralisatin. The Lwer Zne was previusly mdelled the same way but it als appears t be cnfrmable with the mudstnes, further increasing its size ptential. I believe Frntier's bjectives will be fully achieved with the annuncement f the trench/utcrp jackhammer sample gld assays in abut a week; this will 'sustain and mve the Cmpany frward' and as such the Prspect is being re-named Swit Kai r 'Sweet Fd' (desert, cake etc) in Tk Pisin. One f the Cmpany's small diamnd cre drilling rigs and assciated equipment is being cntainerised fr shipping t Bulag. Frntier intends t demnstrate the dimensins f the high grade gld mineralisatin at the Swit Kia Prspect and attempt t drill ut a resurce, when it is lgistically pssible and subject t cmpleting a mdest capital raising. Mineralised utcrps in the Swit Kia area were lcated, cleaned and systematically sampled as pssible. The lcal gelgy, structure and rientatin f the gld mineralisatin is nw much better understd. The fluid flw, brecciatin and mineralisatin was fcussed and cntrlled by multiple reginal structural rientatins, with tw main nes being ~E-W trending and mderate suth dipping and ~N-S trending and mderate west dipping, prducing a mderate suthwest plunge (where they intersect). The relatinship between the Upper and Lwer Znes is nt well understd. They are separated by small distances vertically /laterally but appear t have significant individual E-W strike lengths. The intensity f brecciatin and alteratin ant the Upper Zne suggests it is clser t the majr mineralising cnduit, whereas the Lwer Zne has significant widths f mre 'passive' cnfrmable mineralisatin. The Upper Zne: The Upper Zne was the primary target and was tracked and sampled in 9 N-S 'trenches r mineralised utcrps' ver a +95m strike length (separatins f 5 t 8m fr the 7 eastern trenches, then abut 20m and 40m ging t the west), in 1 E-W trench alng strike and 4 shallw pits.

2 Mineralisatin is pen dwn plunge and alng strike t the west and als alng strike t the east ('underneath' r t the suth f) hle SUG001. Infill trenching will be required in varius parts f each zne t demnstrate the cntinuity f gld mineralisatin. The maximum strike lengths fr each zne will als need t be better defined by additinal trenching as sn as pssible. Drill testing is strngly warranted. The Lwer Zne Cleaning f the Lwer Zne main utcrp and Jack hammering late in the prgram prved it has additinal previusly unrecgnised mineralisatin ptential. Strngly mineralised utcrp was lcated, cleaned, tracked and sampled in 6 'trenches' ver +120m. The elusive 'West' Creek Lwer mineralisatin was discvered and sampled, unfrtunately, the stratigraphically lwer and higher grade sectin requires further cleaning (as it is still cvered with creek debris and clluvium). Mineralisatin is hsted by siltstnes with an upper leuc-diritic sill that is underlain with 2 discernible layers f differentially but highly silicified and pyritised siltstne, then a 20cm t 80cm layer f massive sulphide (arsenpyrite, pyrite, galena, sphalerite and chalcpyrite) then strngly brecciated intrusive and int unmineralised siltstnes. The ttal inferred strike length f the Lwer Zne is +470m, between gld in sil assays alng the prjected structure E and W (traced using gemrphlgy -steep cliffs, flat areas and debris slumps). Drill testing is strngly warranted. Assays are expected t be delivered and reprted t the ASX in abut a week. A significant number f high grade gld assays are expected t be returned fr bth the Upper and Lwer Znes. All results >50 g/t gld will be checked by the lab prir t 'delivery' with a repeat 50 gram Fire Assay and an additinal 50 gram Fire Assay re-run with a 'new' pulp t ensure representative values are quted. Frntier's channel sampling in 2009 was recnnaissance in nature and generally n a 3m basis which will have resulted in ''smearing' f the highest gld grade znes. The much clser sample interval nw (0.2 t 4.0m, averaging 1m) will define the higher grade znes much better, with bth increased and decreased gld assay values likely.

3 Gd relatinships have been renewed and/r established with the landwners and they are very supprtive f the Cmpany and mineral explratin. The prphyries at Bulag are in the nrthern sectr f the 43km diameter 'Aluni Caldera', are prximal t the NNE trending Strickland River Transfer Structure and they intruded the Muller Anticline that prvided excellent 'structurally prepared and repetitive' lcatins t fcus gld, prphyry cpper- gld mlybdenum and als relatively higher grade gld- zinc- cpper-lead skarn mineralisatin (at specific limestne/ intrusive cntact lcatins). The high grade utcrps are structurally and genetically related ver a relatively large area. A mineralisatin mdel has been hypthesised that accunts fr measured structures and rientatins t mineralisatin. Fur hundred and twenty nine cntinuus chip channel samples were cllected in ttal frm the Upper Hrizn (ten main utcrps ver 0.5m t 2.0m lengths, median ~1m in the 'east' t 2m in the 'west'), the Lwer Hrizn (three up-slpe /smewhat acrss dip channels ver 0.2m t 4.0m lengths, median ~ 1m plus ne alng strike series, plus several partly acrss strike samples) and the 'East Creek' (channel samples ver 1.0m t 2.0m lengths, median ~ 2m). Six 25mm diameter hles were drilled in six separate lcatins t 80cm depth (with a hand hammer drill and tungsten carbide bit with the sample extracted by cyclnic vacuum. The technique was successful, but surface water issues delayed its deplyment until late in the prgram. Twenty tw selected utcrp grab, flat r cntinuus chip recnnaissance samples were als cllected. Mineralised strike extensins t the Lwer Hrizn (t bth the west and the east) were established using basic gelgy n the last field day (after half the labur frce had been sent hme) and they were rapidly sampled by jackhammer and gelgy pick channel grab samples, as pssible. Each strike directin was partly bscured by recent clluvium that requires further cleaning and sampling t determine the extent f gld mineralisatin. There have been 7 hles drilled at the Sweet Kia Prspect t date, with 5 in 1987 and 2 in Bth prgrams have tested the same mineralisatin mdel with hles in similar lcatins and thus similar utcmes. All hles have prvided additinal infrmatin t mdel, s Frntier can nw successfully drill test the high grade gld mineralisatin urselves.

4 Frmer JV partner cre hle SUG002 drilled just the bttm f the Lwer Zne returning 1.3m grading 27.0 g/t gld and places a 200m depth limit n sub vertical (but nt plunging) high grade gld pssibilities under the Upper Zne (lw grade and narrw gld is hwever present). Previus hles DDH001, 002 and 003 all drilled under bth znes, while hle DDH-004 drilled ver the Lwer Zne but nt deep enugh under the Upper Zne t test frm sub vertical mineralisatin, vertical hle SUG001 place limits n the pssible lateral extent f cnfrmable mineralisatin and DDH005 desn't d much. Frtunately fr Frntier, the seven existing drill hles have nt significantly detracted frm the areas' excellent gld mineralisatin ptential, as they were based n the same simplistic mdel with similar lcatins all predicated by tpgraphy (where yu culd put it, nt the best gelgically). The gld mineralisatin and structural znes mst certainly exist and they came frm smewhere, s equally can be traced back. Lng term sharehlders will remember that Frntier discvered the plunging Wart Hill gldsilver-zinc-lead mineralisatin in Tasmania, when 18 hles (and the general 'pinin') appeared t have made the existence f chesive mineralisatin extremely dubius Assays will verify the extent t which gld mineralisatin is als cnfrmable with the verlying mudstnes (i.e. bedding parallel), alng with the nted brecciatin, arsenpyrite, pyrite and silica- sericite alteratin, as well as the knwn mderate suth dipping, breccia + fault cntrlled gld mineralisatin. In additn 3 ther planes are apparent but nt visible in the pht, giving 8 fracture surfaces r exerting at least sme cntrl n mineralisatin. This shws ne reasn why the gelgy f the regin is difficult.
