1 30 th August 2018 Significant Cu-Au Discvery at Munarra Gully Munarra Gully - M White Rse Prspect Cu-Au Discvery Significant disseminated sulphide mineralisatin in mafic intrusive rcks at the White Rse Prspect has returned: 1% Cu frm 29m cincident with 2.19 g/t Au frm 33m (WRRC001). C-incident cpper gld mineralisatin within rthpyrxenites includes 3.41 g/t Au frm 40m (maximum Au value g/t) in WRRC001. All fur RC drill-hles (tw lines, 160m apart) cmpleted at the White Rse Prspect returned strng cpper-gld sulphide mineralisatin in bth xide and primary znes. Other intercepts include: C-incident cpper gld mineralisatin % Cu frm 75m with 0.73 g/t Au frm 75m (WRRC002). C-incident cpper gld mineralisatin % Cu frm surface and 0.64% Cu frm 28m with 1.17 g/t Au frm 13m, 0.71 g/t Au frm 20m and 1.64 g/t Au frm 27m (WRRC003). Ptential Mafic Hsted Magmatic Sulphide System Cpper and gld sulphide mineralisatin assciated with fine t medium grain undifferentiated rthpyrxenite/nrite intrusive (mafic/ultramafic) rcks. Cpper and gld are assciated with chalcpyrite and brnite. The mineralisatin has very high Cu:Ni ratis with strng silver anmalism (t 11.4 g/t Ag). Platinum grup elements assay results are pending. The style f mineralisatin has similar characteristics t knwn large cpper rich mafic intrusive (rth-pyrxenite) depsits in Brazil (Caraiba mining district Cu reserve and histric prductin) and Suth Africa (Okiep mining district Kperberg 1.75% Cu histric prductin). Gld, silver and PGM s are assciated with these cpper depsits (further detail page 5). Rumble s Technical Directr, Mr Brett Keillr, said t have a significant cpper-gld discvery with Rumble s maiden RC drilling prgramme at Munarra Gully is exceptinal. Discvering the cpper-gld assciatin with disseminated sulphides highlights the ptential fr ecnmic cpper-gld bearing mafic/ultramafic intrusive related mineralised systems. The mineralisatin style bears clse resemblance t knwn atypical magmatic sulphide systems wrldwide where large wrld class cpper (gld) depsits have been histrically mined - the Caraiba Cu prvince in Brazil and the Okiep Cu prvince in Suth Africa are examples. Within the Munarra Gully Prject, Rumble has nly tested a small sectin f a ptential Cu Au bearing intrusive system. Limited sil gechemistry and aer-magnetic interpretatin has identified up t 8km f strike ptential. Lag (sil) sampling ver areas f less cver has highlighted 3.5km f significant cpper anmalism. The Munarra Gully prject has all year rund access and is clse t majr infrastructure and represents a ptential discvery and Rumble will fast track systematic explratin t delineate first rder cpper-gld drill targets.

2 Rumble Resurces Ltd (ASX: RTR) ( Rumble r the Cmpany ) is pleased t annunce that RC drilling assays have been received frm the recent Munarra Gully Cu-Au prjects maiden drill prgram which cnsisted f seven (7) RC hles fr 1149m. The Munarra Gully prject is lcated sme 50km NNE f the twn f Cue within the Murchisn Gldfields. Very significant cpper-gld RC drill intercepts discvered in fine t medium grain rthpyrxenitic rcks, ptentially represents a style f magmatic sulphide mineralisatin that is knwn t hst large cpper systems in Brazil and Suth Africa. Lag and grab sampling by Rumble has utlined ver 8km f strike ptential cinciding with a partly buried strng magnetic anmaly which has been inferred as the same hst rthpyrxenite. White Rse Cu-Au Prspect New Cu-Au Discvery Fur (4) drill-hles (WRRC-001 t WRRC-004) were designed t test the primary zne belw tw small pen cuts at the main White Rse Prspect. Tw traverses, 160m apart were cmpleted. Widespread cpper and gld mineralisatin in xidised ultramafic/mafic had been expsed in the pen cuts by the current wner. The pen cuts (active peratin) have a maximum depth f nearly 20m. Histric RAB drilling fcused n gld and was cnfined t shallw xide (vertical depth f 32m). All drill-hles (fur cmpleted n the White Rse Prspect) intercepted widespread significant cpper- gld mineralisatin. See Images 2 and 3 fr sectins. Cpper and gld are assciated with disseminated sulphide (chalcpyrite and brnite) mineralisatin hsted in rthpyrxenite (nrite) intrusive. RC drilling intercepts include: WRRC001 1% Cu frm 29m cincident with 2.19 g/t Au frm 33m. Maximum Cu was 2.66% (40-41m). Maximum Au was g/t (49-50m). WRRC % Cu frm 75m cincident with 0.73 g/t Au frm 75m. WRRC % Cu frm surface and 0.64% Cu frm 28m. In additin, 1.17 g/t Au frm 13m, 0.71 g/t Au frm 20m and 1.64 g/t Au frm 27m. WRRC % Cu frm 45m and 0.66% Cu frm 70m. 0.3% Cu and 0.3 g/t Au lwer cut-ff and true intercept width unknwn Apprximately 160m t the west f the White Rse Prspect a single RC hle (WRRC007) tested the inferred strike f the cpper-gld mineralisatin. The hle intercepted a late dlerite dyke which has intruded int the prspective zne thereby displacing the inferred mineralisatin (image 1). Image 1. 4 The disseminate sulphide mineralisatin at White Rse is hsted in generally fine grain undifferentiated rthpyrxenite/nrite t dlerite rck types. The rcks are magnetite bearing. Ag is strngly elevated (t 11.4 g/t Ag). PGE (platinum grup elements) assay results are pending. The higher rder cpper-gld mineralisatin lies within the mafic rcks immediately adjacent t the cntact with ultramafic (>10% Mg) rcks. The depsitin style is cnsidered very significant as it ptentially represents cpper bearing mafic/ultramafic intrusive related mineralisatin. Examples include the Caraiba Cu mining district in Brazil (prductin and reserve % Cu) and the Okiep (Kperberg) Cu mining district in Suth Africa (histric prductin % Cu) see verview sectin belw. Reginal Gechemistry - E51/1677 (image 4) Rumble has cnducted limited (400m by 100m spacing) lag gechemistry alng the inferred mafic/ultramafic lithlgical hrizn with additinal grab sampling within E51/1677. The area is lcated 4km suthwest f the White Rse Prspect. Lag sampling (107 samples taken) returned significant cpper, nickel and gld anmalism. Cpper returned up t 721 ppm in lag, nickel t 1800 ppm and Au t 72 ppb. Cpper anmalism ver 3.5km in strike cincided with inferred mafic/ultramafic (rthpyrxenites) frm aermagnetics. Grab sampling alng the cpper in lag anmalism (nly 3 samples cllected) returned up t 2.11 g/t Au and 0.28% Cu. There were n previus explratin r histric wrkings assciated with the grab sampling. Image 4. Lcatin f Cu in Lag Anmalism and Inferred Prspective Orthpyrxenite Large First Order Cnductr (see image 1) Tw (2) hles were cmpleted. The target is a large cnductive plate (470m by 260m) that lies 600m west f the White Rse prspect. The first hle (WRRC m depth) missed the target due t the presence f a late dlerite dyke. The hle lifted frm 70 t 45 and the azimuth mved 20. The secnd hle (WRRC m depth) was cmpleted by a larger capacity rig and was able t stay within tlerance with respect t intercepting the mdelled cnductr. Due t a blckage, the dwn-hle TEM survey (cmpleted 25 th August) was tested t 250m (dwn-hle depth). Results pending.

5 Overview f Mafic Intrusive Hsted Cpper (Au, PGM) Sulphide Depsits1, 2, 3, 4 In the Caraiba Cmplex, Bahia Prvince, Brazil, numerus mafic/ultramafic irregular shaped intrusins hsted chalcpyrite-brnite mineralisatin (predminantly in rthpyrxenite). The ttal reserve fr the cmplex (including histrical prductin) is estimated at % Cu. The depsits are atypical f magmatic depsits in that magnetite may be up t 50%. The cpper mineralisatin is typically 70% chalcpyrite: 30% brnite. In additin, very high Cu:Ni ratis are the nrm with assciated Au, Ag and PGM s. Gld is reprted t 22 g/t. The cpper bearing intrusives are hsted in amphiblite/granulite rcks (ultra-high temperature metamrphics). A similar style f cpper mineralisatin has been mined in the Okiep mining prvince in Suth Africa (Kperberg suite). Histrically sme % Cu was mined frm predminantly rthpyrxenites assciated with numerus irregular shaped mafic t ultramafic bdies with characteristic high Cu:Ni ratis and very strngly anmalus Au, Ag and PGM s. Next Steps Fast tracking explratin n the significant new Cu-Au discvery will invlve: PGM assays - results are pending. DHEM - awaiting mdelling and interpretatin results. Further surface gechemistry, gephysics and drilling will be cnducted based n methdlgies determined suitable by the abve criteria. Image 5. The RC prgramme was first pass explratin t ascertain cntinuity and grade tenr f mineralisatin. N resurce drilling was cnducted. RC chip samples were taken every metre using a cne splitter attached t a cyclne. Subject t SG f material, sample weight fr each single metre ranged frm 15 t 20kg when dry. Sample weight when wet ranged frm 3 t 20kg. Standards, blanks and duplicates were taken fr each drillhle. Standards were taken every 30m. Standards used were OREAS 13b & 680. Blanks were taken every 30m OREAS C26c Duplicates were taken every 20m. Lag sampling was cmpleted n 400m by 100m pattern fllwing the inferred mineralised magnetic trend. The fractin was -6mm +2mm and 1kg f sample was cllected. A ttal f 107 lag samples were cllected and 3 grab samples. The RC drilling was cmpleted by Strike Drilling utilizing a track munted rig. The rig specs include a 3.5 in rd system with 400psi/1240cfm air. An additinal bster was als used. A secnd rig was used briefly fr the deeper hle. The rig (KWL700) utilized a 4.5in rd system. RC chips were cllected every metre fr analysis and a library sample was als cllected fr each sample in chip trays. Fault r shear znes were typically wet, hwever, these znes were nt the target fr the Cu Au mineralisatin. Each metre f sample frm the RC drilling was gelgically lgged. In additin, a pxrf was used t reprt indicative cpper mineralisatin. Als, each metre was tested by magsus meter. The purpse f the RC drilling was first pass explratin t assess mineralisatin style and grade tenr. N resurce drilling cmpleted. A ttal f 1149m (seven hles) was gelgically lgged and submitted fr analysis. Subsampling techniques and sample If cre, whether cut r sawn and whether quarter, half r all cre taken. If nn-cre, whether riffled, tube sampled, rtary split, etc. and whether sampled wet r dry. Fr all sample types, the nature, quality and All RC samples were cne split (bth wet and dry). Lag sampling analysis was cmpleted by Intertek Genalysis, Maddingtn Perth. Assaying included: Au 25g FA Multi-element 33 element package with fur acid digest and OE finish. Grab sampling was the same methdlgy as the lag sampling. Intersectins cmpleted internally. N twinned hles cmpleted RC cllar psitins lcated by hand held GPS using GDA94 Z51 as datum. Relatinship between mineralisatin widths and intercept lengths These relatinships are particularly imprtant in the reprting f Explratin Results. If the gemetry f the mineralisatin with respect t the drill hle angle is knwn, its nature shuld be reprted. If it is nt knwn and nly the dwn hle lengths are reprted, there shuld be a clear statement t this effect (e.g. dwn hle length, true width nt knwn ). The mineralizatin is cnsidered t be steep nrth dipping. The intercept width is nt the true width f mineralisatin.
