2 Polyimide is a generic name of polymers having imide bonds. Typically they have excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength. Moreover, they have a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion in organic compounds. And since they have only a few errors from expansion when used at high temperatures, they have been widely used for industrial products. or example polyimides are used for flexible printed wiring boards in electronic devices, insulating material for electronic circuits and protection films for semiconductors, etc. Also, in the area of liquid crystal displays, polyimides are used as the alignment film to arrange liquid crystal molecules in one direction. ur products for polyimide synthesis are shown as follows: B Tetracarboxylic Dianhydrides meso-butane-1,2,3,4- tetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] 1,2,3,4-yclobutanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] 1,2,3,4-yclobutanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] T2697 T B1317 1,2,3,4-Tetramethyl-1,2,3,4- cyclobutanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] Tricyclo[ ,7 ]-dodecane- 1,8:2,7-tetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] 1,2,3,4-yclopentanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] 1,2,3,4-yclopentanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] Bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-7-ene- 2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] B D1901 D2192 Bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-7-ene- 2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic Dianhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 3-(arboxymethyl)-1,2,4- cyclopentanetricarboxylic Acid 1,4:2,3-Dianhydride [ ] 1,2,4,5-yclohexanetetracarboxylic Dianhydride [ ] 5-(2,5-Dioxotetrahydrofuryl)- 3-methyl-3-cyclohexene- 1,2-dicarboxylic Anhydride [ ] 4-(2,5-Dioxotetrahydrofuran-3-yl)- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene- 1,2-dicarboxylic Anhydride [ ] B g 500g P2103 B1326 B4262 B g 500g Pyromellitic Dianhydride [ ] Pyromellitic Dianhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 4,4'-Biphthalic Anhydride [ ] 4,4'-Biphthalic Anhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 4,4'-arbonyldiphthalic Anhydride [ ] B4260 E1164 H g H g 3 3 4,4'-arbonyldiphthalic Anhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 4,4'-(Ethyne-1,2-diyl)- diphthalic Anhydride [ ] 4,4'-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic Anhydride [ ] 4,4'-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene)- diphthalic Anhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 4,4'-xydiphthalic Anhydride [ ] D2309 D4554 S 2 N g 250g 4,4'-xydiphthalic Anhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] 3,4'-xydiphthalic Anhydride [ ] 4,4'-Sulfonyldiphthalic Anhydride [ ] 4,4'-Sulfonyldiphthalic Anhydride (purified by sublimation) [ ] NTDA [ ] 2
