1 World Class Moly Opportunity MOAG has two large exploration projects with a land base of over 135 square kilometres in politically stable mine friendly jurisdictions, British Columbia, Canada and Ireland. The Company has discovered 15 areas that merit further exploration within MOAG s land base. All have potential for economic grade and size.

6 Mace Prospect, within Prospecting License, (license # 934) is an area of 45 square kilometres near Connemara, Ireland. Mineralized porphyry Moly Copper System Advanced Stage Zone Moly, Copper porphyry as defined by TSX Recommended field exploration over a four square kilometre area

7 Mace Property continued Previous drilling programs of over 2000 metres, produced grades of up to 0.15% Mo and 0.19% Cu. New exploration will carry out a drill program to procure complete and accurate assay results across 3 cross sections of the deposit.

8 Molybdenite in Quartz Vein MACE PROPERTY- continued Potential deposit size based on current information is greater than 100 million tonnes with an anticipated grade of 0.10%Mo and 0.07% Cu. At today s prices a Moly/Copper deposit this size and grade would have a gross value of over $3.0B USD. The Irish State Mining Facility undertakes to issue a mining permit within 18 months of a production decision

13 Highland Valley Prospect, B.C., Canada The Highland Valley Prospect is over 93 square kilometres in the Nicola Volcanic Belt in British Columbia, Canada. MOAG holds a 100% interest in the property which is located adjacent to Teck Corporation`s Highland Valley mine, the largest copper mine in Canada.

16 Highland Valley Prospect - Canada Latest Drilling Discovers New Copper Zone: The new zone appears to be located along a zone of faulting and fracturing that extends south from No.2 zone previously reported by Happy Creek Ltd. on the adjoining property.
