9 FROM EXPLORATION TO DEVELOPMENT AND BACK TO EXPLORATION From 2004 to 2010 primary focus was exploration and development of Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project Established Sisson as one of world s largest tungsten deposits Geodex sold Sisson interest in June 2012 Sisson Feasibility Study completed by new owner Northcliff, plans mine construction beginning in 2014, low capital cost of $580M (January 29, 2013, Northcliff press release) Geodex has re-focused on exploration of projects that can be drilled in short term Geodex is discovery driven for shareholder return 9

10 FRAMEWORK FOR NEW BRUNSWICK DEPOSITS New Brunswick has several distinct geologic areas which host different deposit types Geodex focus is Dungarvon felsic intrusions Intrusions characterized by tungsten, molybdenum, antimony, tin as well as copper Regional scale tools include government mapping, geophysics, known anomalies Property scale tools include prospecting, geochemistry, geophysics and drilling 10
