3 Wolfden Resources Corporation - Who We Are Wolfden Resources Corporation is a junior mineral exploration company based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada The Company became a public company in late 2012; it s shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange-Venture Board (TSX-V) under the ticker symbol WLF Wolfden is currently active in exploring for mineral deposits in Canada in the Provinces of New Brunswick as well as in Manitoba Wolfden while exploring, has maintained strong beneficial working relationships with all stakeholders including all levels of Government, regulators, the private sector, private landholders as well as First Nations groups on all of its projects worked to date Management have a proven track record in mineral discovery, exploration and finance and have been directly involved in several base and precious-metal discoveries and mine developments in North America in the last 20 years

5 TSX-V:WLF Why Wolfden Is In Maine The last mining operation In Maine occurred in the 1970 s; mineral exploration in recent times has been absent Maine is extremely prospective given the mineral endowment in neighbouring New Brunswick; Maine is under-explored Bill LD820, that permits mining of metallic minerals in certain prescribed situations, was recently enacted in the Maine Legislature (June 2017); the new laws will take effect in November 2017 and are stringent. No opening pit mining will be allowed and the environment must be protected by the Company for 100 years after the mine is has been closed. The new regulations appear to be best suited for highgrade underground operations and therefore the footprint of the mine site will be very small with a minimal environmental impact. Pickett Mountain is small but one of the highest-grade undeveloped base-metal deposits in North America (Zinc, Lead, Copper Silver and Gold). Wolfden acquired the deposit in November

6 TSX-V:WLF Pickett Mountain Deposit History, Location and Infrastructure The Pickett Mountain base-metal deposit was discovered in 1979 by Getty Mines Ltd.; completed diamond drilling, metallurgical work, environmental studies and PF studies during Pickett Mountain Land Tract Chevron Ltd. completed metallurgical work and some deeper drilling on the deposit ( ); this was the last time the property was explored Property is accessible year-round via forestry roads from State highway 11, 10 miles north of Patten Pickett Mountain Zn-Pb-Cu-Ag Deposit Closest power line is on State Highway 11 (11 miles away) State Highway 11 6 Overall a good location with respect to the required basic infrastructure yet far enough removed from the population. If successful, our vision is for a small underground operation that will not negatively impact the local population or environment in any way.

7 What Is Mineral Exploration? Mineral exploration is the first stage of potential mine development. Before a mine can be developed, a mineral deposit of economic importance must be found Stages of Mineral Exploration Prospecting Exploration Advanced Exploration Typically starts with grassroots geophysical & geochemical sampling surveys; rarely does it result in a mineral discovery If a mineral deposit is discovered, mapping, surveying and drilling to determine a mineral deposit s size and grade is completed If the deposit is of economic importance, ramp construction, mineral extraction and basic infrastructure will be undertaken 7

13 Where Are We Going to Explore Diamond Drilling The initial drilling will be completed in the locale of the known Pickett Mountain deposit (heavy red line) located to the northwest of Pickett Mountain Pond (blue oval) The goal is to increase the size of the known mineral deposit from its current tonnage and to make additional new discoveries in the known deposit locale

14 How Will We Explore Airborne Geophysical Survey Dream Catcher Airborne Geophysical System Airborne geophysical surveys are useful in identifying new metallic mineral deposits by detecting electrical conductors that may be reflecting metallic mineral near surface and at depth

15 Where We Will Explore Airborne Geophysical Survey The airborne geophysical survey will be flown over the rectangle-shaped area external to the known Pickett Mountain deposit. It will pick up the known deposit and hopefully identify similar unknown targets or signatures with the same group of rocks that could be then tested by diamond drilling.

16 What Wolfden Will Endeavor To Do Hire and train 2 to 3 local workers to work on the drill in the upcoming program; at the conclusion of the program these workers will be fully trained as drillers helpers for subsequent employment on drilling programs at Pickett Mountain or elsewhere As the exploration effort expands beyond the initial program, additional employment opportunities are possible Wolfden and its contractors will utilize and purchase services and supplies provided by the town of Patten and outlying communities; to include room and board, fuel, food as well other goods and services required to complete the exploration program, when and where this is feasible Complete the exploration program utilizing best industry standards and practices to ensure responsible operation from the technical, environmental, safety and social points of view Endeavor to keep the community and all stakeholders informed as the project evolves; it is anticipated that additional meetings will be held from time to time for this purpose as required and/or requested

17 Pickett Mountain Project To Summarize Initial Program will Include An initial diamond drilling program comprising 10,000 metres will be initiated on the Pickett Mountain deposit commencing in mid-december 2017 to confirm the previous results and to test for possible expansion of the know deposit and other targets. A high-resolution airborne geophysical survey will be completed over the Pickett Mountain area in January 2018 to determine a geophysical signature for the deposit and to look for prospective targets elsewhere within the belt hosting the Pickett Mountain deposit An initial program of environmental baseline studies to be completed in and around the Pickett Mountain deposit and elsewhere on the property in the spring of 2018 as a proactive measure, in the event that the exploration program progresses to advanced exploration or a potential mineral development program
