Give this letter to your parents. Let s have some sausages! Yesterday the toilet paper was in my dress! I need a child, I need a child!
5 ACT OUT When Mr Good argued with his wife, he called her healthy food names and she called him unhealthy food names. Below is a copy of the argument: Mr Good: Jackie, tell Mrs Good that she is a cucumber. Jackie:(Jackie goes to Mrs Good) Mr Good says that you are a cucumber. Mrs Good: A cucumber! Jackie, tell Mr Good that he is a sausage. Jackie: (Jackie goes to Mr Good) Mrs Good says that you are a sausage. Mr Good: A sausage! Tell Mrs Good that she is a lettuce. Jackie: (Jackie goes to Mrs Good) Mr Good says that you are a lettuce. Mrs Good: A lettuce! Jackie, tell Mr Good that he is a piece of chocolate. A One student plays Jackie, one student plays Mr Good and one student plays Mrs Good. Act out the argument with Jackie going between Mr and Mrs Good. B The students find some more healthy and unhealthy food and make up there own arguments.

7 ACT OUT THE PAST TENSE Mr and Mrs Horrible are being interviewed for the television. Mr Horrible: Hello, my name is Mr Horrible. Mrs Horrible: And I am Mrs Horrible. Journalist: Hello, I am Mike! How are you? Mr Horrible and Mrs Horrible: (At the same time) We are very sad. Journalist: Oh, but why? Mr Horrible: Because I liked to catch children. Mrs Horrible: Yes and I liked to cook children. And we liked to eat children: head, arms and fingers. Mr Horrible: Yes, fingers! (He cries) Journalist: But what happened? Mr Horrible: Jackie and the children froze us. Then we promised not to eat children anymore. Journalist: And then what happened? Mrs Horrible: They made us go away! Journalist: And did you eat anymore children? Mrs Horrible: No, we kept our promise. Mrs Horrible: So now we are sad. (He cries again) A One student plays the journalist, one student plays Mr Horrible and one student plays Mrs Horrible. Act out the interview with Mr Horrible crying! B The students can even learn their lines by heart!
