4 Pablo M. Saz Parkinson p. 4 SCIENTIFIC COLLABORATIONS Fermi-LAT March 2008 Present: SCIPP, UC Santa Cruz Worked primarily on the blind search of gamma-ray pulsars. Member of Galactic Sources and Gamma Ray Bursts Groups. Milagro October 2003 Present: SCIPP, UC Santa Cruz Worked on various aspects of data analysis for Milagro. Studied possible emission of TeV gamma-rays from GRBs. Searched for high energy emission from pulsars and PWN. USA September 1998 September 2003: Group K, SLAC Analyzed USA data on numerous X-ray binaries (e.g. Cir X-1, Cyg X-1, GX 349+2) Worked on timing and other instrumental issues relating to the USA experiment. Performed the energy calibration of USA experiment. Worked on the background model for USA. March 2000: Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. Collaborated with the X-Ray Astronomy branch at NRL trying to solve several issues in the initial stages of USA, including issues with the housekeeping data of the detector and the development of a background model.
