2 Long Baselines I status one year ago current array Crab nebula/pulsar 3C123 Jupiter O. Wucknitz

3 One year ago (Bremen, July 2011) stations: Effelsberg, Unterweilenbach, Tautenburg, Nancay, Chilbolton data link: only three at a time long-baseline images of a few sources (LBA and HBA) including images of the Crab n.+p. calibrated with long baselines low polarisation of pulsar 0.9% spying on airplanes localisation of lightning first correlated observations of Jupiter (low time res.) O. Wucknitz

4 Progress since then additional stations: Potsdam, Jülich, Onsala network upgrade: can use all eight stations! first observation with 8 stations: October 2011 long tracks of 3C123 (HBA and LBA) long track of 3C196 (LBA) short track of Crab/TauA (HBA), DE604 bad clock offset in Effelsberg (1µsec) corrected consolidation phase: convert ad hoc development code into user tools, later pipeline identified and partly solved many technical problems O.
