3 NLO alulation Adapting HVQDIS for diffration Collinear fatorization with H1 6 DPDF Fit B NLO parton densities Massive harm produed via photon-gluon fusion Charm quarks fragmented independently in to D* mesons - f( D* =.35 ±.7 - Kartvelishvili parametrization for reweighting longitudinal part Fatorization and renormalization sales set to with m = 1.5 GeV The following unertainties are added in quadrature: - fatorization and renormalisation sale variation with fator.5 and - harm pole mass between 1.3 and 1.7 GeV - unertainties on Kartvelishvili parameters - DPDF unertainties Contribution of B hadrons deaying to D* (3% in nondiffrative DIS is negleted Pierre Van Mehelen - Universiteit Antwerpen 3 /99
