1 Properties and dynamics of hot and compressed baryonic matter Detailed experimental and theoretical results on formation and expansion dynamics of hot and compressed baryonic matter, information on the equation of state and signals of neutron rich matter populated in relativistic heavy ion collisions are presented. A brief presentation of a strategy for visible and recognized contributions within large scale international collaborations will argue the perspectives in this field for the Romanian community.
