12 E : Neutrn Magnetic FF Wrld 3 H QE data: Q 0.9GeV This eperiment: 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.4, 1.7,.4,.7 and 3.0 GeV In PWIA, 3 He/ 3 H with 1.5% uncertainty crrespnds t 3% n GM n Limited t Q 1 GeV, where QE peak has minimal inelastic cntributin This is the regin with ~8% discrepancy between the Ankin, Kubn data and the CLAS rati and the Hall A plarized 3 He etractin.
