Ths ndcats that for ths hghly chargd ons th hghr ordr rlatvstc and th quantum lctrodynamcs corrctons QED ffcts omttd n th BPRM calculatons may lad to an rror not xcdng th stmatd uncrtanty. Th rsults from th prsnt work should b partcularly usful n th analyss of X-ray and Extrm Ultravolt spctra from astrophyscal and laboratory sourcs whr non-local thrmodynamc qulbrum (NLTE) atomc modls wth many xctd lvls ar ndd.
