The building is monolithic yet ethereal, understated but finely detailed, grounded in its landscape but visually arresting in its interpretation of style. Responding to its surrounding context, the facade is a solid structure with refined window openings. Although bravely minimalist in its materiality and form, the building s louvres, which sit within a metal framed reveal, project a strong contemporary facade. Formal in its composition, the building s clean lines and symmetry is consistent to the typology of its streetscape. A colour palette of muted greys, charcoals, soft whites and blacks complement the lush green landscape.
