2 MARGARET LAKE Property, Kennady Lake Field Canterra Marlin Ordovician kimberlite field with 15 kimberlites discovered so far. Unusual as all (100%) of the kimberlites discovered to date are diamond bearing. Whereas at Lac de Gras it is 50% diamond bearing with 10% of the pipes being economic. So far at the Kennedy field it is 50%.

3 MARGARET LAKE Exploration Premise Kennady Lake Diamonds Inc. discovered new kimberlites by utilizing gravity, targeting non- magnetic pyroclastic kimberlite next to a magnetic kimberlite dyke discovered in the 1990 s. 4 MARGARET LAKE Airborne Response Theory Hz RES Gravity image from KDI presentation The 1993 Dighem survey shows that the lakes containing the Kennady kimberlites are conductive, however so are other lakes in the area with no kimberlites. The gravity anomaly associated with the Faraday kimberlite do appear to have a similar shape to the EM response. The KDI mentions a correlation between EM and the southern extension of the kimberlite (section 7.4.1). The Kelvin gravity low does not directly match the Dighem response.

6 MARGARET LAKE Target Prioritization Priority targets were chosen from an extensive interpretation of the HeliFalcon airborne gravity gradiometry survey commissioned by the Company in 2014 in conjunction with existing public domain data mainly from the Mining Recorders assessment archives. 7 MARGARET LAKE Ground Geophysical Surveys 2017 Targets ground surveyed in spring All nine (9) targets were surveyed with ground gravity including physical bathymetric measurements and ground electromagnetics using the Geometrics Ohm Mapper system.

The ground EM data shows a well defined weak conductor. The HeliFalcon AGG data at ML006 is well defined and the inversion results suggest a substantial negative density contrast. 15 DIAGRAS JOINT VENTURE The Diagras Joint Venture is a 60/40 contributing agreement between Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. and Arctic Star Exploration Corp. Ekati In the map on the left, the Green diamond shapes show the location of known kimberlite pipes. The Pink diamond shapes show the location of mine plans that have greater than 1 carat of diamonds per ton. Diavik The Diagras property is in the core of the prolific Lac de Gras kimberlite field perched adjacent to the Ekati and Diavik mine complex, and straddles the same structure that hosts the A21, A418, A154S, A154N, Piranha, Misery, Leslie and Jay mines, or propose mines.

The Lac de Gras and Slave Craton kimberlites demonstrate complex emplacement histories with multiple kimberlite events and phases. Each kimberlite phase can host different diamond grades and values. Each kimberlite phase can also have different geophysical signatures, often nonmagnetic. Magnetics were the principal tool in the 1990 s. We are trying gravity and electromagnetic (EM) methods to detect additional or missed phases.
