11 Activities Program The Company has been granted access to private property to drill test veins and untested targets within the porphyry. (Follow up of 2013 drill program) Drilling to commence Sept 1, 2017 will test: 1. area in high grade values in epithermal silver veins, and 2. two additional geophysical anomalies Target of coincident chargebility high resistivity low just beyond the high grade veins and a sulphide like signature to the north west. See Figure Page 16 11

12 Activities and Drill Targets Approximately 5-8,000 metres of drilling (12 holes) will test a 250m area of the 12S-05 NG3 Vein intercept. The veins are epithermal within the porphyry and close to a steeply plunging chargeability high and resistivity low geophysical anomaly. (apophysy from the main geophysical body). This anomaly has elevated Cu-Mo-As in nearby drill results and will be drill tested by the extension of certain drill holes targeting the NG3 vein system. An additional hole is targeted at a deep, large, very conductive geophysical anomaly to the northwest of the NG3 vein system that could indicate massive sulphides. (see figure looking down) - Funds will be raised to finance the September drill program where drilling will be from two sites located in the northwest section of the Itsit Porphyry. The vein intercept is located 300 m further east of the previously known easterly extent of the NG-3 Vein and contains higher silver. This epithermal section of the vein is much higher grade, is of substantial width and within a sizable unexplored area. 12

It is not found in surface outcrops being masked by overburden. The proposed drill program goal is to prove substantial value that will justify underground work including drifting and diamond drilling directed towards building a resource estimate. - Initial surface drilling is required to test this target prior to a decision of extensive underground work, whether by a new decline or by an extension of the existing workings. 13
