(ACN ) ( Teck ) ( the Acquisition ). Led by a team of experienced mineral industry executives, Pursuit Minerals has acquired three high quality, advanced mineral exploration projects including Bluebush (Figure One), the nearby Paperbark zinc-copper project (Figure One), located only 20km south-east of the shuttered Century zinc mine and an iron oxide copper gold project west of Coober Pedy in South Australia (Figure Two). Pursuit Minerals Managing Director Jeremy Read said that during 2017 zinc had been the best performing base metal, making zinc-lead projects an attractive proposition in the current market. The Mt Isa Inlier is a truly world class base metals province, and we have targeted projects with significant potential in this region, projects with proven resources and proximity to existing infrastructure associated with the recently closed Century Zinc Mine. Our Bluebush project, just 72km north-east of the Century Mine, hosts low grade zinc mineralisation over an area in excess of 120km 2, making it one of the largest areas of zinc mineralisation in Australia.

The Paperbark project, located 20km to the south-east of the Century zinc mine, not only hosts an established zinc resource at the JB prospect, but also has confirmed copper oxide and copper sulphide mineralisation, which is yet to be fully investigated. As a management team, we had previous success with projects similar to the projects acquired by Pursuit and we are aiming to discover and advance a world class zinc asset in a similar manner to our last zinc venture, Meridian Minerals, Mr. Read said. Pursuit Minerals acquired the projects in its portfolio from Teck Australia Pty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada s largest diversified resource company, Teck Resources Limited. 3 Bluebush Project Follow Up Drilling Program The primary exploration target on the Bluebush Project is sediment-hosted, stratiform and stratabound zinc-lead-silver mineralisation within the Riversleigh Siltstone of the Upper McNamara Group. The McNamara Group represents the Late Paleo- to Early Mesoproterozoic stratigraphy of the Lawn Hill Platform, Mt. Isa Province. Located within the Bluebush Project is the large, Bluebush zinc-lead Prospect, where zinc mineralisation has been intersected over an area in excess of 120km 2. The Bluebush Project is centred approximately 280km NNW of Mt Isa and spans portions of the Lawn Hill, Gregory Downs, Almora, Brinawa and Punjaub pastoral holdings. The Project comprises EPM s 8937 and 8454, both of which have just been renewed for a further two year period. At Bluebush there is no visible surface expression of the Proterozoic rocks which host the zinc and lead mineralisation. The rocks of interest are concealed beneath Cenozoic and Mesozoic sedimentary cover varying in thickness from m. Geological interpretations are based on geophysical data and information obtained from ~50 diamond drill holes. The extensive zinc mineralisation at the Bluebush Prospect is interpreted to lie within the Bluebush basin, a large sub-basin developed between the Elizabeth Creek Fault Zone to the north and the Tin Tank Fault to the south. Intra-basinal fault interactions active during basin extension have resulted in the creation of a number of smaller third and fourth order subbasins, which are considered permissive for sediment hosted zinc-lead mineralisation, as evidenced by the zinc mineralisation intersected to date at Bluebush. The Bluebush zinc prospect contains enormous amounts of pyrite and significant intersections of zinc and lead mineralisation over an area of approximately 12km x 10km. The majority of mineralisation intersected in drilling has been found in the PC rock sequence as disseminated, recrystallised pale yellow sphalerite occurring in the coarser carbonate beds, and fine to coarse-grained sphalerite associated with bedding-parallel carbonate veins. The mineralisation is typically stratabound. Evident at the Bluebush Project are many features characteristic of the world-class SEDEX zinc deposits which occur within the Mt Isa Province. A large area of sulphide mineralisation has been intersected in drilling confirming that the conditions for the formation of mineral deposits do occur at Bluebush. In order to discover a world-class zinc deposit within the enormous Bluebush mineralisation zone, it is necessary to locate the geological setting where mineralisation has been most concentrated. With this style of mineralisation, the focus of the mineralising fluids usually occurs proximal to the intersection of an original extensional basin normal faults and large-scale, basin-tapping transverse fault The initial area Pursuit Minerals has selected for follow up exploration drilling is along strike from the best intersection ever drilled on the Bluebush Project (drill hole BBDD51), in an area close to where NNE extensional faults and transverse faults intersect. The prospectivity of this area is further enhanced by the fact that it also contains coincident gravity and EM

Figure Two - Bluebush Project Follow Up Drilling Outline of ~1% Zn Paperbark Project Copper Oxide Exploration Program The Paperbark Project (EPM s 25191, 14309) is located approximately 215km northnorthwest of Mount Isa and 25km southeast of the Century Mine in northwest Queensland.

5 The Paperbark Project occurs within the Lawn Hill Platform of the Western Succession of the Mt. Isa Province. The prospective stratigraphy within the Project area consists of the middle units of the McNamara Group sediments. The sediments which crop out are recognized as the Paradise Creek Formation, Lady Loretta Formation, Shady Bore Quartzite and the Riversleigh Siltstones. The Paradise Creek Formation is prospective for lead and zinc as shown by the JB Prospect Mineral Resource at Paperbark and the Mt. Isa/Hilton & George Fisher deposits at Mt. Isa. The Paradise Creek Formation is also prospective for copper mineralisation as occurs at Mt. Isa. The Lady Loretta and the Riversleigh Formations are prospective for zinc and lead mineralisation as occurs at the Lady Loretta zinc deposit and the Grevillea and Bluebush zinc deposits respectively. The focus of previous exploration on the Paperbark Project has been on the known zinc-lead mineralisation at the JB Prospect. However, surface geochemical copper anomalism is found within the Paperbark Project area associated with three +100ppm soil anomalous zones that extend for several kilometres which have not been followed up with exploration drilling. Only one drill hole has been previously completed to test one of the copper surface geochemical anomalies and this hole intersected 1.1% Cu & 10g/t Ag, indicating that this surface anomalism is associated with significant mineralisation at depth. In order to define a drill program to follow up and further test the source of the surface copper anomalism at Paperbark, a geological mapping and sampling program has been completed. Eighty-six surface rocks chip samples were collected and submitted for geochemical analysis. The results are expected in 2-3 weeks time. The results from the surface geochemical sampling and the geological data collected, will be used to site 1,500m of diamond drilling to test copper and lead-zinc targets, which have not previously been drill tested at Paperbark. This drilling program will commence immediately following the conclusion of drilling on the Bluebush Project. The rock chip sampling focussed on the Grunter North prospect as this is an area of extensive development of copper oxide mineralisation. Pursuit s objective at Grunter North is to determine the potential for an economic copper oxide deposit to occur. Copper oxide deposits can be relatively easily processed by heap leaching the copper oxides. A heap leach operation would be the quickest way for Pursuit to get any of its prospects into operation and hence this potential is being assessed first.
