3 Introduction American Pacific Mining Corp is a gold exploration company with 33 million shares outstanding (CSE: USGD, OTC: USGDF and Frankfurt: 1QC) The Tuscarora Gold Project, 50km northwest of Elko Nevada, is a high-level, low-sulfidation, epithermal gold prospect in the historic Tuscarora Mining District The Property lies at the foot of Mount Blitzen on the eastern slope of the Northern Tuscarora Range, close to major gold trends and mines Placer gold was discovered in the Tuscarora district in 1867 and production of silver-gold lode deposits began in 1875 Drilling has returned results as high as 368 g/t Au 3

6 Tuscarora Overview The Tuscarora Project is a high grade vein system consisting of 91 claims (1,818 acres), north of Elko Nevada in a prime gold district Eocene volcanic rocks underlying most of the Tuscarora district host high-grade, epithermal Au-Ag veins In the 1990 s, Newcrest Mining Ltd and Franco-Nevada Corporation explored for the extension of the Navajo vein The Navajo vein was mined along strike for nearly two km until it was lost under pediment gravels to the south 6

12 The Tuscarora District The Tuscarora volcanic field is the largest example of Eocene age magmatism in Nevada The field formed between 39.9 and 39.3 Ma, which corresponds to the Ma age of gold mineralization in the Carlin Trend This represents the strongest period of gold mineralization known in the Basin and Range Province 12
