You will solv th problm during th tutorial and hand in your answr at th nd of th tutorial. Th problm can ONY b handd in at th nd of th tutorial. No lat submissions! Th problms will count for 1 marks. Thr will b 1 tutorial workshops and 1 tutorial problm sts. Your mark will b found by taking th bst 1 of th grads that you arn for th problms. Th tutorial workshop problms ar intndd to gt you startd doing problms on ach topic of th cours, so that you can go on to do th homwork assignmnts. Th tutorial problms by thmslvs do not prpar you sufficintly for th final xam. You must do th homwork assignmnts. Homwork Assignmnts Thr ar wkly assignmnts of about thr problms ach, which ar postd on th cours wb sit. Enginring is larn-by-doing! Start larning how to solv problms with th tutorial problm but thn follow up by doing th wkly assignmnt problms. St som tim asid ach wk to study EEC351 and do th homwork problms. Th rul of thumb is to spnd two hours of study for ach hour of class. Thr ar about 3 hours of classs ach wk, so you nd to follow up with about six hours of study pr wk. Assignmnts ar not handd in and assignmnts ar not gradd. Th solution to ach assignmnt will b postd on th wb sit. Grad your own assignmnts using th solutions to chck your answrs. Bcom familiar with what is on it and what is NOT on it.. Th only calculators allowd in ENCS undrgraduat mid-trm and final xams ar th Sharp E 531 and th Casio FX-3 MS. Your calculator must hav an ENCS stickr. This policy will b strictly nforcd by th xams offic. This policy hlps prvnt som studnts from having an advantag ovr othrs, basd on buying a mor xpnsiv and mor powrful calculator. 3.
