Total construction caliper 0,145 mm Applications and use This product is ideal for labeling printed circuit boards. It is able to withstand surface mount circuit board processes on either the top or bottom side of the board. This product can also be used on the top side of the board in mixed processes and suitable for use on the bottom side when directly exposed to wave solder environment. Application tests are recommended. Printing and conversion The high opacity matte white top coat was specifically designed for thermal transfer printing. The choice of thermal transfer printer and ribbon influences the overall print quality and environmental. We recommend the use of resin ribbons, for example DNP300, DNP510 or Ricoh B110CR. Testing is recommended to ensure satisfactory print results and chemical. For printing high density barcodes an increased temperature setting of the thermal transfer printer might be required. Due to the low caliper of the facestock, automatic dispensing and application should be thoroughly tested prior to committing to production. UL Recognition This product meets the requirements as stated in UL 969 for indoor use, including thermal transfer printing with DNP R300, R510, TR4070, Iimak SP300, Ricoh B110C and B110CR. The UL file number is MH17205. For specific information on approved conditions, see appendix 2. RoHS / Regulation 2002/95/EU and 2011/65/EC The substances listed in article 4 lid 1 of 2002/95/EC and 2011/65/EC (RoHS) are not intentionally used in this product.
