We aren't just about the job, we're about the family and about development. With over 25 plumbers and 5 apprentices on staff we value each and everyone of those staff members like family. We use technology to keep the team in contact with each other and with regular meetups throughout the month we aim to make everyone of our plumbers feel like On Tap Plumbers is their home away from home. We are based in central London and our team hails from all corners of the globe, we truly are a multi-cultural company that values skill and passion above all things. Raff Agalliu MANAGING DIRECTOR Raff began his career in the UK plumbing and heating industry in 2005. Raff gained his ACC credentials and Gas Safe registration in 2009. Raff is one of the founders and the Managing Director of On Tap Plumbers Ltd. Since its conception Raff has developed the operational side of the business from a small domestic firm to a business that is able to deliver projects of up to 3million with a team of 25+. With his knowledge, experience and expertise On Tap Plumbers has flourished in the commercial construction sector in a short amount of time. Raff is passionate about getting the best out of his operational team and ensuring they achieve job satisfaction. Issue 27 234
Anne Timpany DIRECTOR Anne is a cofounder and Director of On Tap Plumbers and has been in the construction industry since 2009. Anne has a BA Hons in English and Theatre and a Chartered Institute Diploma in Marketing. Anne had a clear vision for On Tap Plumbers from the beginning and she has been responsible for fulfilling and developing the company s progress and ambition. In addition Anne is passionate about the future of the London construction industry. A major part of her vision is expressed through her involvement in educating and inspiring the next generation of young people in specifically trade-related vocations. Issue 27 234
