Site Photos Site and Surrounding Area The site is heavily vegetated with 30 protected trees onsite, totaling 638 caliper inches. All but one 22 caliper inch elm will be removed from the site. A tree disposition plan was approved by the City Arborist on December 18, 2014. Based on the amount of trees removed, 480 caliper inches is required to be replaced. The applicant is proposing to replace the removed trees with 562 caliper inches of new plantings. The surrounding area is transitioning from rural to suburban residential character. An existing single family residential subdivision exists to the east of the site. A long-established suburban large lot rural subdivision exists to the west of the site.
