Beverage Services P E R M I T B A R - W I T H W E D D I N G P A C K A G E A Permit Bar is when the host of the wedding provides the alcohol, permit and bill of sale upon arrival. Permit Bars are allowed. Corkage fees are plus taxes. Children 3 and under no charge. A Saskatchewan Special Occasion Permit must be purchased at your local liquor board store and accompany the alcohol upon arrival to the Hotel. The maximum price you can charge for drinks with this type of permit is $2.00 (as per SLGA). The hotel will provide ice, glassware and soft drinks which consist of Coke products and juice which includes orange, clamato and lime. Hotel bartenders, which also act as ticket sellers will be provided with the permit bar at a cost of $35.00/per hour per bartender (minimum of 5 hours). Bartenders are provided based upon the number of guests attending (one bartender per 100 people). You may have additional bartenders at the per hour cost. Bartenders and Corkage are subject to gratuities and tax. Permit Wine service for dinner will be provided at no additional charge. This will include chilling, opening and either placing or pouring of the wine during dinner. No substitutions with the Hotel are permitted. The wine must be listed on your Special Occasion Permit.
