What s New - Intermittent Relay on FLEET FLEX System Used on FLEET FLEX system equipped snowplows Operates at a lower voltage DO NOT use continuous-duty relay on FLEET FLEX system plows Increases internal heat Decreasing the life of the controller DO NOT use intermittent-duty relay on non FLEET FLEX Plows Why does FLEET FLEX system durability improve with the intermittent-duty relay? These products have a longer cable distance between the vehicle battery and the relay, leading to an increased voltage drop. The intermittent-duty relay has a greater voltage range, allowing it to operate at lower voltage levels. 42903 B80051 Excerpts Taken From TSB-035 FLEET FLEX System POWERHITCH TM System 10
